Game night rooms are provided by the home team unless your travel to your next game is 6 hours or more.

A copy of your request will be emailed to hotel admin and yourself immediately.

ACHAEmail Dan Monacelli to request approval

At least a week before gameDan will send you name of host hotel.

Official will have to pay for an expense

Dan will provide reimbursement form.

Hotel GuidelinesRequests must be submitted by 9:00 PM CST on

Tuesday.

Hotels are generally booked Wednesday morning.

Hotel requests for Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday should be done the week before.

Average booking last year: $72.00

If requesting a specific hotel, try and keep the “pre fees and taxes” cost around $65.00

Guidelines ContinuedOfficials will be provided a room if drive AFTER

game is 4 hours or greater.DO NOT DRIVE OVER 4 HOURS AFTER A GAME!!!!!

Officials will be provided a room if drive TO game is 5 hours or greater.

NAHL Officials are expected to use team supplied game night room if travel to next game is under 5.5 hours.

Rules and RegulationsRooms are for ODP Officials ONLY

No parents/significant other/friends.Exception:

Multiple day drive before or after season with parent/friend.

Officials from multiple leagues will be put together.

Each official will have their own bed.

Sub Standard HotelsIf you arrive and you don’t feel comfortable

If you stay in a hotel that we probably shouldn’t use in the futureEmail the Coordinator with a copy of the

reservation.
