Camellia City Flute Choir was founded in 1998 by Dr. Marty Melicharek. The membership is drawn from professional and amateur flutists in the greater Sacramento region. The instrumentation includes contrabass, bass, and alto flutes. CCFC has performed in many venues including appearances at the International San Francisco Flute Festival, and the National Flute Convention.
