SIGHTSEEING TOUR 行程简介 Day 1 : ARRIVAL VIENTIANE (L/D) Upon arrival at Vientiane, the city of the moon – an ancient city, situated on the bend on the left bank of the Mekong River as the largest city and the capital of Laos. Meet by our representative and transfer to hotel for check – in. After lunch, take a sightseeing tour of Vientiane visit religious museums of Wat Sisaket, the oldest temple to have been survived from the Siamese war of 1828 and its cloister contains more than 8000 Buddha statues; Wat Ho Prakeo, the former home-temple of the Emerald Buddha statue or Pra Keo, but today it contains a collection of Buddha statues, antiques and all artifacts found in around Vientiane; Dinner at local restaurant. Day 2 : VIENTIANE (B/L/D) After breakfast, take a short sightseeing on That Luang Stupa, the single most important monument in Laos, which was built to cover the original small stupa, containing a piece of the chest bone of Buddha Patouxay (Arch de Triumph), built quite recently in commemoration of those who died during the wars in the past and it is today as the land mark of Vientiane. Continue proceed to Num Ngum River Ban THANGON take a boat ride and having lunch on boat. Dinner at local restaurant. Day 3 : VIENTIANE (B/L/D) After breakfast, visit the Buddha Park near the Mekong River Friend bridge, here is a Buddhist and Hinduism cultures. After lunch, visit the National museum and the morning market, the biggest shopping center in Vientiane. Dinner at local restaurant. Day 4 : DEPARTURE VIENTIANE (B) Bid farewell to Vientiane today. SIGHTSEEING TOUR 行程简介 Day 01 : Arrival – Vientiane (D) On arrival at Wattay Airport, you will be met and transferred to your centrally located hotel. Vientiane is a charming and fascinating capital, with an interesting mix of Lao, Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese, French, Soviet and American influences. A city tour acquaints us with the capital and after a short rest if time permits we start visiting some of the major sights; including the oldest temple Wat Sisaket, with thousands of miniature Buddha statues and the former royal temple of Wat Prakeo, which previously housed the famous Emerald Buddha Image. Continues transfer out to see the Buddha Park, an enchanting collection of Buddhist and Hindu sculptures on the Mekong Riverside meadow, near the Friendship Bridge. There are approximately 200 religious images dating back over 500 years, which were created by a mysterious monk spreading his philosophy on life and to reveal his ideas about the universe. A spectacular view of over the Mekong River. Day 02 : Vientiane – VangVieng (B/L/D) After breakfast, enroute to Lao’s national precious heritage, the famous and sacred structure of That Luang Stupa, you will have the opportunity to take some pictures of the imposing Patuxay Monument, which is well known as Vientiane’s own Arc de Triumph. We depart northbound on route no. 13. Continue to Vang Vieng along the way we will see some breathtaking scenery as we pass through spectacular countryside towards the mountainous region.Lunch at local restaurant .We make a stop along the way at Vang Xang, a famous archeological site dating back to the 11th century. We reach our final destination in the late afternoon, the small town of Vang Vieng , which is nestled on a bend of the Nam Song River . Its stunning scenery with a mixture of quiet water and limestone outcrops remains unspoiled, despite recent developments with the advent of tourism. On arrival at Vang V ieng, we cross the Nam Song River to Tham Jang caves and then enjoy a short trek through breathtaking mountain landscape to explore the Tam None Cave and some hill villages. Today ends with a superb panorama of the sunset reflecting over the Nam Song River. Day 03 : VangVieng (B/L/D) After breakfast, we start our board on a local tractor through paddy field areas heading to ThamPhoukham caves, where your breath will be taken away seeing the most beautiful and famous limestone cavern, surrounded by natural forests. Along the way, you have chance to explore the local cultures by greeting the local villagers and learning about their daily lifestyle. There is a small natural pool in front of the caves where you can take a swim to refresh yourself from the hot climate or you could explore the nearby area. You will have a picnic lunch enjoying the scenery. After spending the day at the caves and its surrounding areas, we make our return to the VangVieng town, using local transportation or tractor. En route, we pass by the ethnic minority villages of Hmong, Souay and Taidam villages meeting the warm and friendly hill tribe people and observing their traditional tribal costumes. Day 04 : VangVieng – Vientiane (B/L/D) After breakfast, we head out of the city and make our way to Nam Ngum, a huge reservoir created by damming the Nam Ngum River. On arrival at Nam Ngum Lake, we embark on a long tail boat trip 1 Hours visiting villages in the various islets. 格寺，坐落在玉佛寺的对面。建于公元 1818 年，是万象市保存最完整的寺

院。西萨格寺周围院墙的回廊里,整齐安放了许多大小不等的佛像，超过万

尊，其年代有远至 1200 年前，都是战后收集而来的。寺中主尊大佛重十多

万公斤,所以又称“十万佛寺”。玉佛寺是澜沧王国的赛塔提腊国王于 1565

年下诏而建的，主要用来供奉从龙坡邦带来的碧玉佛像。于公元 1942 年重

建完成，佛寺基座的梯道旁有长龙护卫，回廊四周是高大的圆柱，寺门上

是繁复的洛可可式雕饰，墙上也有许多浮雕，都是佛教故事，回廊里则有

许多石雕佛像，等于是佛教博物馆了。如时间允许可游览於湄公河友谊桥

附近的香琨佛教公园, 这里有近白尊造型各异的佛教和印度教水泥塑像，据

第二天：永珍-万荣 (早/午/晚餐)

早餐后，参观寮国极其珍贵的国家遗产 - 塔銮。塔銮在寮国人民的心目中

被视为神圣之地。其主塔顶部镀金，在阳光照射下，金光闪闪，光辉夺

目，是佛教文化艺术的结晶，被视为寮国的国宝。现在的塔銮是一座砖石

结构的佛教建筑群，是一组群塔建筑,在建筑艺术上享有盛誉。占地 8400

多平方米，整个建筑呈四方形，灰砖结构,建筑风格独特。凯旋门，高

1960 年开始修建，1969 年基本完工，是一座大型的纪念碑。原为纪念战

争中的牺牲人员。1975 年解放时，万象市群众庆祝胜利的游行从这里通

过，为纪念者一历史性事件而将其称为凯旋门。它的四面是拱形门与雕

饰，远看像法国巴黎的凯旋门。午后，接着前往万荣。抵达距离永珍市背

面 150 公里的小城镇-万荣。这座小城是以她众多的岩洞以及静谧的南松河

而著名。虽然近几年来万荣小镇不断的在发展，但其怡人的大自然美景完

全没遭破坏。过了南宋河到 Tham Jang 石灰岩洞，再做短程徒步前往

TAM NONE 洞寻幽探密。途中会经过恬静的农家村庄，大自然的美景和远

第三天：万荣-Tham Phoukham-万荣 (早/午/晚餐)

早餐后，乘搭当地的拖拉车，前往游览 Tham Phoukham 洞。沿途将经过

稻田，欣赏森林环绕着美丽石灰岩洞美景。一路上您可与当地村民交流以

了解他们的文化和日常生活作息。您可选择在天然大水池里游泳或深入附

近景区探索。回返万荣途中，将经过无数少数民族村落，如蒙族，绥族和

泰丹族等。

第四天：万荣-永珍 (早/午/晚餐)

早餐后，前往东南亚最大的人工湖泊-南娥湖，座落于翠绿茂盛树林之中,

为拦山筑坝而形成的人工水库。此湖拥有数百个小岛，我们将安排您乘船

饱览湖光山色，并探访数个岛上人家，让您有机会更深一层了解岛上居民

的日常作息以及他们的捕鱼生活。午后，回返永珍。途中将在 Ban Keun

村稍作停留。此村庄盛产寮国当地土方‘威士忌’以及一家地下盐水提炼厂。

Day 01 :Arrival – LuangPrabang (D) On arrival at Vientiane Airport , by domestic flight transit to Luang Prabang (own expenses) . you will meet and transferred to your hotel. Dinner at your hotel . If Time Permit – we have time visit to the famous Night Market, where you can find a lovely selection of handmade textiles made by local and hilltribe people surrounding LuangPrabang. Day 02 :LuangPrabang (B/L/D) After breakfast, we enjoy a short-guided tour seeing the city’s oldest temple Wat Sene and the magnificent Wat Xieng thong with its roofs sweeping low to the ground, representing classical Laotian architecture. We then board a cruise upstream on the Mekong River, which gives us a panoramic view of the tranquil countryside as well as an interesting visit to the mysterious Pak Ou Caves, two linked caves crammed with thousands of gold lacquered Buddha statues of various shapes and sizes left by pilgrims. En route, we stop at the village of Ban Xanghai, where the local specialty of rice wine is produced. Once back in Luang Prabang city we take a short drive to Ban Phanom, a village well known for its hand weaving. We also have time to visit Ban Xangkhong, Ban Xienglek, small villages well known for silk weavings and for Saa (jute) Papermaking . We then climb up to the top of Mount Phousi for an enjoyable exploration of the sacred, gilded stupa as well as a panoramic view of the city at sunset and the Mekong River. Day 03 : LuangPrabang (B/L/D) An optional early start gives you the fantastic opportunity to participate in the daily morning rituals of saffron-clad monks collecting offerings of Alms (often in the form of sticky rice) from the faithful residents. This tradition is very unique in Laos, being the only Buddhist nation still preserving the ritual. First we visit the Phousi Market, where you will see such diverse offerings as dried buffalo skin, local tea and saltpeter among the chickens, vegetables and hill-tribe weavings. Laos is also known for its traditional crafts.After breakfast, with a visit to the former Royal Palace and Houses (Museum), which hosts a range of interesting artifacts. We also visit the impressive stupa of WatVisounand following lunch. Afternoon you will visit local villages of Lao ethnic minority groups at Ban Ouay, a Hmong village, Ban Ou a Laoloum village and Ban Thapene, a Khmu village. This then takes us to the beautiful Khuang Si Waterfall where you can cool off with a refreshing swim in the pools or walk along the forest trails. We then return to We return to the city by late evening to admire the sunset at WatthabathTai.

抵达永珍国际机场后，接着步行到永珍国内机场续程前往琅勃拉邦(自费) , 乘搭内

陆航班飞往在东南亚是世界遗产文化之一的城市-琅勃拉邦，拥有大自然的美丽，丰

富的文化遗产古迹、传统服饰等。抵达后，当地导游将于机场欢迎您抵境, 并由专

车接往下榻酒店休息。晚餐后，时间允许的或 - 可到当地的夜市逛逛，在这里你可

以找到由本地和周围的山族人琅勃拉邦的手工纺织品，您可以买些回国送给亲朋戚

友。

第二天：琅勃拉邦 (早/午/晚餐)

早餐后，琅勃拉邦,全城群山环绕，城中郁郁葱葱的树木依稀掩映着寺庙、佛塔还有

平凡的住家，这一切都使琅勃拉邦的空气中散发出平和而又迷人的气息。1995 年

12 月，琅勃拉邦被联合国教科文组织列入世界历史遗产。今天首先参观城中最古老

的蕯恩寺和香通寺.其中香通寺的大殿凸显了琅勃拉邦古老典型的寺庙建筑风格，

其后墙上镶嵌着壮观的生命之树图案。随后搭乘渡船沿湄公河到对岸南乌江河口处

的帕乌最著名的石窟岩洞。之中有两个山洞，一个在半山腰上叫塔丁 (Tham

Ting)，一个近山顶，称为塔蓬(Tham Phoum)，这曾是国王祈雨的地方，每年雨季

来临前，这里都会举行盛大的祈雨仪式，祈求佛祖保佑来年风调雨顺。大多渡船都

早餐后，在寮国,僧侶们被禁止使用任何方式谋取生活費，因此「托缽」是他們主要

粮食來源。每天清晨信徒们將食物佈施予僧侶们，僧侶们再將多餘的份量贈予有需

要的其他平民。在施與捨、感恩與惜福中，充分展现出寮國独有的托缽文化。沿着

大街步行到当地的谱西早市。这里有琳琅满目的商品，如晒干的牛皮、当地的茶

叶、用硝石煮的鸡肉和菜，还有当地的编织品，无奇不有，让您大开眼界。早餐

后，前往参观皇宫博物馆。之后到访寮国少数民族的苗族村、老龙族村、和达阪族

第四天：琅勃拉邦-永珍 (早/午/晚餐)

早餐后，前往机場乘搭客机返回永珍(自费)，之后乘车前往游览最古老的寺庙 - 西

萨格寺（Wat Sisaket），坐落在玉佛寺的对面。建立于公元 1818 年的西萨格寺是

永珍（万象）保留最完整的寺院。西萨格寺周围院墙的回廊里，整齐安放了许多大

小不等的佛像超过万尊，其年代有远至 1200 年前，都是战后收集而来的。寺中主

尊大佛重十多万公斤所以又称“十万佛寺”。接着参观寮国著名神圣的大佛塔銮

（That Luang Stupa）。塔銮是佛教文化艺术的结晶，被视为寮国的国宝。是寮国

教徒和民众顶礼膜拜的中心。现在的塔銮是一座砖石结构的佛教筑群，是一组塔群

建筑，在建筑艺术上享有盛誉。接着参观著名地標感受法国气息 - 凯旋门 (Patuxay

Monument)，是一座大型的纪念碑。原是纪念战争中牺牲人员。1975 年解放时，

万象市群众庆祝胜利的游行从这里通过，为了纪念着历史性事件而将其称为凯旋

门。它的四面是拱形门与雕饰，远看像法国巴黎的凯旋门。但在它的拱门基座上，

是典型寮国寺庙雕刻和装饰，充满佛教色彩的精美雕刻，展示了寮国传统的民族文

化艺术。

第五天：启程回国 (早餐)

Day 01 : Arrival – LuangPrabang (D)

On arrival at Vientiane Airport , by domestic flight transit to Luang Prabang(own expenses) . you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Dinner at your hotel. If Time Permit – we have time visit to the famous Night Market, where you can find a lovely selection of handmade textiles made by local and hill tribe people surrounding LuangPrabang.

Day 02 :LuangPrabang (B/L/D) After breakfast, we enjoy a short-guided tour seeing the city’s oldest temple WatSene and the magnificent WatXiengthong with its roofs sweeping low to the ground, representing classical Laotian architecture. We then board a cruise upstream on the Mekong River, which gives us a panoramic view of the tranquil countryside as well as an interesting visit to the mysterious Pak Ou Caves, two linked caves crammed with thousands of gold lacquered Buddha statues of various shapes and sizes left by pilgrims. En route, we stop at the village of Ban Xanghai, where the local specialty of rice wine is produced. Once back in LuangbPrabang city we take a short drive to Ban Phanom, a village well known for its hand weaving. We also have time to visit Ban Xangkhong, Ban Xienglek, small villages well known for silk weavings and for Saa (jute) Papermaking We then climb up to the top of Mount Phousi for an enjoyable exploration of the sacred, gilded stupa as well as a panoramic view of the city at sunset and the Mekong River.

Day 03 : LuangPrabang (B/L/D) An optional early start gives you the fantastic opportunity to participate in the daily morning rituals of saffron-clad monks collecting offerings of Alms (often in the form of sticky rice) from the faithful residents. This tradition is very unique in Laos, being the only Buddhist nation still preserving the ritual. First we visit the Phousi Market, where you will see such diverse offerings as dried buffalo skin, local tea and saltpeter among the chickens, vegetables and hill-tribe weavings. Laos is also known for its traditional crafts.After breakfast, with a visit to the former Royal Palace and Houses (Museum), which hosts a range of interesting artifacts. We also visit the impressive stupa of WatVisounand following lunch. Afternoon you will visit local villages of Lao ethnic minority groups at Ban Ouay, a Hmong village, Ban Ou a Laoloum village and Ban Thapene, a Khmu village. This then takes us to the beautiful Khuang Si Waterfall where you can cool off with a refreshing swim in the pools or walk along the forest trails. We then return to We return to the city by late evening to admire the sunset at WatthabathTai.

Day 04 : LuangPrabang – Vientiane (B/L/D) After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your domestic flight to Vientiane city

(own expenses). Upon arrival , meet and greet by your guide and commence city tour , Visit the oldest WatSisaket, the temple with thousands of miniature Buddha statues and the former royal temple of Wat Prakeo , which previously housed the famous Emerald Buddha Image. On the way to Lao’s national precious heritage, the famous and sacred structure of That Luang Stupa, we stop enroute to take some pictures of the imposing Patuxay Monument, which is well known as Vientiane’s own Arc de Triumph. Dinner at local restaurant.

Day 05 : Vientiane (B/L/D) After breakfast, continue sightseeing to the Buddha Park, an enchanting collection of Buddhist and Hindu sculptures on the Mekong Riverside meadow, near the Friendship Bridge. There are approximately 200 religious images dating back over 500 years, which were created by a mysterious monk spreading his philosophy on life and to reveal his ideas about the universe. A spectacular view of over the Mekong River.Lunch at local restaurant . Afternoon visit morning Market – continues to visit the ChaoanouVong Park for Sunset On The Mekong river. Dinner with Traditional Dance Show .

Day 06 : Vientiane – Departure (B) Transfer to the airport for your departure.

的文化遗产古迹、传统服饰等。抵达后，当地导游将于机场欢迎您抵境, 并由专车接

往下榻酒店休息。晚餐后，时间允许的或 - 可到当地的夜市逛逛，在这里你可以找到

由本地和周围的山族人琅勃拉邦的手工纺织品，您可以买些回国送给亲朋戚友。

第二天：琅勃拉邦 (早/午/晚餐)

早餐后，琅勃拉邦,全城群山环绕，城中郁郁葱葱的树木依稀掩映着寺庙、佛塔还有

平凡的住家，这一切都使琅勃拉邦的空气中散发出平和而又迷人的气息。1995 年 12

月，琅勃拉邦被联合国教科文组织列入世界历史遗产。今天首先参观城中最古老的蕯

恩寺和香通寺.其中香通寺的大殿凸显了琅勃拉邦古老典型的寺庙建筑风格，其后墙

上镶嵌着壮观的生命之树图案。随后搭乘渡船沿湄公河到对岸南乌江河口处的帕乌最

著名的石窟岩洞。之中有两个山洞，一个在半山腰上叫塔丁(Tham Ting)，一个近山

顶，称为塔蓬(Tham Phoum)，这曾是国王祈雨的地方，每年雨季来临前，这里都会

举行盛大的祈雨仪式，祈求佛祖保佑来年风调雨顺。大多渡船都会在沿途的小村庄

停留，其中一个最受欢迎的停留点就是 BanXangHai 村，船夫都把它称为威士忌

村”。这座现在被游客们占据的村庄专门生产大坛的老挝酒。若时间允许，可前往极

富盛名的手工编织村庄-Ban Phanom 逛逛。Ban Xangkhong 和 Ban Xienglek 则是

著名的丝绸与萨阿造纸手工制造村庄。回返琅勃拉邦市攀爬普西山捕捉日落景观。普

西山脉正好位于琅勃拉邦的中部，海拔 372 米，原意为“光辉祥瑞”。相传佛祖曾在

此留下一个 3 米长的脚印而闻名。瓦宗寺就位于这座山的顶部，从山脚到山顶共修

筑了328级台阶。

第三天：琅勃拉邦 (早/午/晚餐)

早餐后，在寮国僧侶们被禁止使用任何方式谋取生活費，因此「托缽」是他們主要粮

食來源。每天清晨信徒们將食物佈施予僧侶们，僧侶们再將多餘的份量贈予有需要的

其他平民。在施與捨、感恩與惜福中，充分展现出寮國独有的托缽文化。沿着大街步

行到当地的谱西早市。这里有琳琅满目的商品，如晒干的牛皮、当地的茶叶、用硝石

煮的鸡肉和菜，还有当地的编织品，无奇不有，让您大开眼界。早餐后，前往参观皇

宫博物馆。之后到访寮国少数民族的苗族村、老龙族村、和达阪族村。继而前往美丽

的光西瀑布，续前往 WatthabathTai 看日落。

享用早餐后，驱车前往佛像雕塑公园参观，佛像融合了佛教和印度教的色彩。这里有

200 多尊佛像距今已有 500多年，据说是由一位神秘高僧建造而成，主要是为了传递

他人的哲学与宇宙思想。接着体验永珍早市 - 寮国最大购物中心，市场内贩卖各式手

工艺品如手工织布、银器、藤编、雕刻品…价廉物美。后前往欣赏湄公河畔落日余

晖。享受晚餐与传统的舞蹈表演。

第六天：启程回国 (早餐)
