Drilling and measuring single-purpose machine - KSK MV4
Machine operates in an automatic cycle – measurement, correction, drilling, checking.
The base of the machine consists of a steel welded stand, in the lower part of which is mounted a 4-position rotary table with precise locking of positions. The table extension is equipped with a rotating plate with inserted cassettes and a clamping system for unambiguous fixation of measured and machined castings.

The pressure control equipment is designed for manual input of a workpiece with interchangeable insert for different types.
The evaluation is carried out by means of devices such as: ATEQ.

Special single purpose grinding machine - BEP 30
The grinding machine is designed for grinding the edge of steel belt in a width of 9 – 30 mm at a beltthickness 0,5 – 1 mm.
The machine consists of a belt tension input measuring unit, a roughing grinding unit, a finishing grinding unit, a postprocessor measurement and a winding and unwinding coil.
