Dance meets imperative student needs for community,

socialization, friendship, mentors, physical activity, and more! The

benefits of dance include, but are not limited to: intellectual,

academic, social-emotional, and physical support. At CID, the

health and safety of our students, staff, guests, and communities

have always been our highest priority.

We are grateful for the past year; for all we have learned, the

adaptations we were able to make to continue sharing the love of

dance, and for our supportive families who believed in us and the

benefits of dance for their children. We've come so far in the last

year & are excited to thoughtfully continue working our way

towards a newer normal over the summer. We will continue to

openly communicate with you about new and updated guidelines,

and are looking forward to this newer normal and getting to

connect with more of you as our fall classes begin on August 9.

While some of the details of our 30th season are still developing,

this one thing we know for sure: Classic Image Dance has been

here for East Valley youth for three decades, and we are excited to

continue to serve and celebrate with the community this year!

So, whether you are taking your first class or preparing for

your senior year, we say, “Welcome Home!” At CID, you are

family .

C L A S S I C I M A G E D A N C EAt CID we aim to help our students achieve excellence in DANCE + LIFE.

That is our More Than Just Great Dancing® philosophy and at this time in history,

that’s more important than ever before!

And, more!

All families have different needs and we are working hard

to serve you in the way that makes the most sense for

your family. We firmly believe, in-person instruction is

highest level of service we can offer and the best way for

students to learn, but technology has given us other

opportunities to share the joy of dance with children.

This season we are offering:

MORE TO LOVE IN 2021!

Ms. Shannon has been sharing her passionfor dance and mentorship with students forover 25 years. Shannon is passionate aboutcommunity service and teaching life skillsand leadership through the arts. The studiois a second home to so many CID studentsand she is blessed to be able to share herlove of dance with so many children andfamilies in the East Valley.

C I D I S A S A F E R S T U D I OCID focuses on a hierarchy of measures to create aSafer Studio™ environment beginning with requiringstudents and staff who are ill to stay home, followedby frequent hand cleaning and good hygiene practices, amplified cleaning, and making curricular and facilityadaptations when and where needed.
