Spa-Francorchamps is a legendary Circuit renowned in the four corners of the world for its track, its world-famous events, and for its exceptional setting at the heart of the Ardennes forests.

We have experience in organising large-scale events that are offered both to professionals and individuals: seminars, weddings, shows, team building and staff parties ranging from 5 up to several hundred people.

The Circuit has a large range of meeting rooms, presentation rooms and reception areas at its disposal varying in size from 50m² to 1,000m².

One of the main advantages of the Circuit is that these rooms or spaces, besides giving you free and unlimited WiFi access, can be adapted or configured to suit any type of event: work in a small room and then have a plenary meeting, from 5 to 600 individuals per room… Adaptability is at the heart of our approach in order to best match your needs.

The Circuit also offers you numerous activities to liven up and make the most of your days: track introductions, guided tours and team building.

Motorway access is easy and well signposted, and our large parking areas are at the disposal of your guests, for carefree organisation.

The Circuit also offers you a list of approved business partners for catering services and provision of services, in order to offer you an “all-in” service suitable for every budget.

Eau Rouge is located at the foot of the Raidillon, and is a space full of history, a private garden with a fountain and with parking nearby.

With its hexagonal architecture, the Endurance Tower offers you an exclusive panoramic view of the circuit and places you in the middle of the action while the races are taking place. The building is located in the descent, between the La Source corner and the Raidillon. The three boxes, located respectively on the 2nd, 3rd and 5th floors of the building, can each accommodate up to 60 people seated.

Our Formula 1 box, located above the F1 pits, offers an unobstructed view of the F1 Start and its pit lane. It comprises two x 300m² boxes and two x 600m² boxes. With

interconnections between them, each can accommodate up to 180 and 380 seated guests. As well as being easy to access, these spaces are adaptable and easily reconfigured,

allowing all types of events to be organised: workshops, press conferences, seminars, product launches, etc. Their functional layout also allows you to offer your guests cocktails, or a buffet or gala dinner organised by one of our approved caterers.

Throughout the year, our meeting rooms are at the disposal of businesses for groups ranging from 5 to 180 individuals. Located in the Pit Building, they are configured carefully by us for various professional

The track introduction : Offer an unforgettable experience to your guests!

The track introduction is a unique opportunity of discovering the Circuit of Spa-Francorchamps from the inside by being a passenger in a racing car under the control of a professional driver.

Your customers or your team will certainly remember this experience and will relive it and share it when gathered around the soft drinks made available in a F1 pit, and everyone will leave with a gift in the Circuit colours.

This exclusive track introduction is organised on request throughout the year in the daytime or evening (depending on the calendar schedule) with a minimum of 10 persons (maximum 300 persons).

You have the option of combining the track introduction with a guided tour of the Circuit or with one of the many team-building activities proposed by our partners in the organisation of events .

Throughout the year, guided tours are organised allowing you go behind the scenes of the Circuit. For approximately 90 minutes, our multilingual guide will bring you around the key locations of the Circuit: the 24 Hours and Formula 1 paddocks, the press room, the announcer cockpits, the extraction centre, the legendary podium where the greatest of drivers have come and gone. You will also be able to see a place that is normally inaccessible: the Race Control room, the veritable nerve centre of the Circuit.

The developments of the Circuit, its legendary track and its eventful history will no longer hold any secrets for you.

Guided tours may also be combined with other activities offered on the Circuit such as track introductions, the PIT STOP activity, etc.
