    th said declaration is made, and the name of the corporation, firm,or person to whom such skins or any number of them were sold orconsigned, forwarded, or delivered for sale;

    (c) the number of opossum skins still in his possession on the day on whichsuch declaration is made.

    ( No person shall, after the expiration of fourteen days from the day on whichany open season for opossums expires, have in his possession, or sell or consign,forward or deliver to any person, corporation, or firm, whether acting as principal,agent, broker, or factor, any opossum skins in respect ot which the prescribedroyalty has not been paid and which do not bear the imprint of the brand prescribedin the Form G in the Appendix to these regulations.

    No person, corporation, or firm, whether acting as principal, agent, brokeror factor, shall, after the expiration of fourteen days from the day on which anyopen season for opossums expires, buy or accept for the purpose of sale any opossumskins which do not bear the imprint of the brand prescribed in the enid Form 0,unless they shall have been consigned, forwarded, or delivered not later than thefourteenth day after the day on which such open season expires.

    Any person, corporation, or firm receiving any opossum skins later thanfourteen days after the clay on which any open season for opossums expires, shall,if such skins do not bear the imprint of the brand prescribed in the said Form 0,forthwith give notice of such receipt to a collector of royalty, and shall not sell,dispose of or otherwise deal with such skifls without the written consent of suchcollector or another collector.

    In this regulation the terni ''open season for opossums'' means, in relationto a defined locality, any period during winch such defined locality is exemptedfrom the operation of any declaration relating to opossums made under section 6 ofthe Act as provided for iii the proviso to the said section.

    FARMERS' DEBTS ADJUSTMENT ACT, 1930-1934.NOTICE is hereby given that the following Stay Ordershave been issued in accordance with section 7, subsection(1) of the Farmers' Debts Adjustment Act, 1930-1934,which reads as follows:

    A Stay Order shall direct that no action, execu-tion, distress for rent, proceedings on default forbreach of covenant under any mortgage or othersecurity for money, or under an agreement for saleand purchase of lands, or other process or proceed-ing, shall be commenced or proceeded with, or putin force against the farmer or any of the farmer'sassets, whether utilised in connection with or form-ing portion of the assets comprised in his farmingbusiness or not, during the operation of such StayOrder: Provided that, by leave of a Judge, anyaction may, notwithstanding the Stay Order, beinstituted and/or carried on against the farmer butcot beyond judgment.
