Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted. At least one (1) year warranty period for non-expendable and three (3) months for expendable

supplies shall be required from the contract awardee upon acceptance of goods in the form of retention money or a special bank guarantee which is equivalent to at least ten percent (10%) of the total contract price and shall be released after the lapse of warranty period for non-expendable supplies or in the case of expendable supplies, after consumption thereof provided that goods supplies are free from defects and all conditions imposed under the contract have been fully met. The Provincial Government of Marinduque reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
