– Structural diversity (Systems look) Diversity of faculty, staff, administrators, and students Programmatic – Policies, programs, processes
– Psychological Climate Perceptions about aspects of campus diversity
– Behavioral/intergroup campus climate Recruitment/retention Event attendance

• Articulate to all faculty, staff and students diversity objectives,
policies and initiatives through newsletters, intranet, seminars ,
posters and memorandums• Enhance diversity website
