How to Post a Listing

Real Estate Agents/Brokers or Property Managers who wish to post on our off-campus housing database should call 877-895-1234 to request packages and rates. Individual/private owners can follow the instructions below to create their own listing at bc.edu/offcampushousing. It costs $25 for individual/private owners to list for 30 days on the database. For more detailed information regarding registration or listing the property, click here.

Next you will be prompted to select which type of account you want to create. Choose "Property Managers."

How to Post a Listing

After you select "Property Managers" you will be asked to choose what kind of property manager you are. Landlords are considered "Individual/Private Owners" and should select this option.

Now you are ready to complete your registration and make a listing. We recommend including as much detail as possible in your listing and to provide pictures if possible.
