Sealed tender shall be addressed to the Medical Superintendent, PIC, Lahore. Tender No. opening date should

be written on outer envelope.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The tenderer will visit the Building Department and after checking the Elevators will submit the tender

in the name of Medical Superintendent, PIC, Lahore, under a sealed envelope bearing the name of item

and tender number.

2. The outer cover of the envelope should indicate the tender number and date of opening.

3. The tenderers shall submit an affidavit on legal stamp paper Rs.50/- that their firm has not been

blacklisted in the past on any ground by any Government (Federal & Provincial), a local body or a

public sector organization.

4. The tenderer should quote their final rates both in words as well as in figures.

5. The tender for quotation should submit a 2% deposit at call of the estimated amount in Pak rupees as

earnest money in favor of the Medical Superintendent, PIC, Lahore that will be returned under rules.

Any call deposit of the firm already in the custody of PIC, Lahore is not considerable.

6. Quote the final price inclusive of all kinds of taxes / Rates / Duties, etc. except PST.

7. Replaced parts should be brand new / imported from their original manufacturer. The old parts

replaced from the Elevators will be returned to the Building Department of this Hospital.

8. Any erasing / cutting / crossing etc. appearing in the offer must be properly signed by the person

signing the tender. Moreover, all pages of the tender must also be properly signed with stamps.

9. Following must be enclosed with the tender:-

Attested copy of the CNIC of authorized person of the firm.

Attested photocopy of GST, N.T.N, Registration, PRA (Punjab Revenue Authority).

14. The Medical Superintendent, PIC, Lahore reserves the right to reject all the offers without assigning

any reason in conformity / compliance with section 35 of PPRA, 2014.

15. In case of any dispute, decision of MS,PIC will be considered as final.

16. Tax deductions etc., will be according to government rules.

17. Please quote final price Inclusive of all taxes except 16% PST.

18. The payment will be made after deduction / withhold all kind of Taxes, Duties, Rates levied by Federal

Government, Provisional government, District government or any other tax imposing authority from

time to time.

19. The contract may be extended for Three months if required due to unavoidable circumstances.

Windows Type), Refrigerators, Electric Water Coolers, Deep Freezers, and Water Dispensers will

submit the tender in the name of Medical Superintendent, PIC, Lahore, under a sealed envelope

bearing the name of item and tender number.

2. The outer cover of the envelope should indicate the date of opening.

3. The tenderer shall submit an affidavit on legal stamp paper Rs.50/- that their firm has not been

7. Replaced parts should be new. The old parts replaced from the Air Conditioner (Split & Windows

Type), Refrigerators, Electric Water Coolers, Deep Freezers, Water Dispensers will be returned to the

Building Department of this Hospital.

8. Any erasing / cutting / crossing etc. appearing in the offer must be properly signed by the person

signing the tender. Moreover, all pages of the tender must also be properly signed with stamps.

5 The materiel, machines, equipment & spare parts, required for the said work (if

needed) shall be at the cost of the contracting firm.

6 The tenderer shall furnish complete information and particulars as specified in the

Invitation of Advertised Tender.

7 In case the contracting firm fails to complete the above mentioned work within the

stipulated period, the work order may be cancelled unless there is extension in period

by the Competent Authority.

8 The contractor will pay the cost of any repair / replacement of damage done to any

part of building during the execution of work.

9 The contractor shall provide the copy of PRA Certificate.

10 The contractor shall provide the copy of NTN Certificate.

11 The contractor shall provide the copy of Pakistan Engineering council certificate in

relevant category. WE GUARANTEE FOR THE COMPLETION OF THE SAID JOB / WORK WITHIN THE

STIPULATED PERIOD AND EXACTLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENT /

SPECIFICATION AS MENTIONED IN THE SCOPE OF WORK AND INVITATION OF TENDER.
