    Under the new provision of the Patents Act, 1970 as amended by the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005

    and Rules there under, Publication of the matter relating to Patents in the Official Gazette of India Part III,

    Section 2 has been discontinued and instead The Official Journal of the Patent Office is being published

    containing all the activities of The Patent Office such as publication of all the patent applications after 18th

    months , grant of patents & all other information in respect of the proceedings as required under the provisions

    of the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005 and Rules thereunder on weekly basis on every Friday.

    The Journal is uploaded in the website every Friday. So Paper form and CD-ROM form of the Journal are

    discontinued from 01/01/2009.

    SPECIAL NOTICE

    Every effort is being taken to publish all the patent applications under section 11(A) of the Patents Act.

    However, if duplication of publication of any application is found, then earlier date of publication will be taken

    for the purpose of provisional protection for applicant and Patent Office will grant Patent not before six months

    Present invention relates to a fuel cell arrangement comprising at least two fuel cells, a current collector and a coupling structure. The

    fuel cell consisting plurality of layers including an insulating layer, a first perforated metallic layer, a cathode layer, an electrolyte

    layer, an anode layer followed by a second perforated metallic layer. The current collector consisting of tubular and flange region

    manages the flow of reactants. The coupling structure including a connector arranged between said at least two fuel cells for

    connecting one end of one fuel cell to one end of the other fuel cell. The coupling structure comprises an interconnector having a first

    side and an opposite second side, said interconnector being provided with at least one fastening hole. The fuel cell arrangement further

    mounted on a metallic pipe to form a retrofittable setup that can be easily adapted to retrofit to existing power plants. The fuel cell

    arrangement further comprising a hollow tube dividing a gas flow region and valve arrangements to manage back pressure and/or gas

    flow. Additional benefit of CO2 removal from the exhaust of an upstream power plant is possible when Molten Carbonate Fuel cells

    are used as the main fuel cells in this device.

    The increased demand and high price for energy sources are driving efforts to convert organic compounds into useful hydrocarbon

    fuels. Although much of this work has focused on biomass, there are strong benefits to deriving fuels from waste plastic material.

    Waste plastic is abundant and its disposal creates large problems for the environment. Plastic does not break down in landfills, it is not

    easily recycled and degrades in quality during the recycling process and it can produce waste ash, heavy metals and potentially

    harmful gas emissions, if incinerated at high temperatures. However, thermal processes can be used to convert plastics into

    hydrocarbon fuels such as gasoline, diesel, aviation / jet fuel which have unlimited applications in airline industries, helicopter, heavy

    transportation and electricity generation. We try to invent a simple and economically viable process to decompose the hydrocarbon

    polymers of waste plastic into the shorter chain hydrocarbons of liquid fuel. The method and principal of the production / process will

    be described. Following invention is described in detail with the help of Figure 1 of sheet 1 showing the block diagram of the process.

    total time equally, so this kit saves almost half of the power consumptions.
