[ALANA] An email message was sent out last month, so this is just a reminder that we have a new GPO timeline for the printing and mailing of the HSPPS. Look for them by Early March Multiple copies of the HSPPS and HSELOF are being sent directly to every center, grantee and delegate head offices, and HSSCOs The Preamble to the rule is also being sent to grantee and delegate head offices, and HSSCOs Copies in Spanish are to be  sent in proportion to number of children whose primary language is Spanish, according to 2016 PIR
