the liability of such online service provider for infringement
by otherpersons on copyrights or other rights protected pursuant to
this Act
maybe reduced or waived in those cases where such online
serviceprovider prevents or stops reproduction or transmission
thereofwhenmade aware that copyrights or other rights protected
pursuant to thisAct would be infringed upon due to the reproduction
or interactivetransmission ofworks, etc.by the other personsonline
service provider's liability for infringementby other persons
oncopyrights or other rights protected pursuant to thisAct
shallbewaivedin those caseswhere such online service provider
attempts to prevent orstop reproduction or interactive transmission
thereofwhen made awarethat copyrights or other rights protected
under this Act would beinfringed upon due to the reproduction or
interactive transmission ofworks, etc.by the other persons,but it
is technically impossible to do so.

Special types of online service providers
: Online service providerswhose main purpose is to enable
different people to interactively transmitworks, etc.
among themselvesby using computers, etc.
P2p service providers,web storage service providers etc.shall
take necessary measures such as technological measuresintercepting
illegal interactive transmission ofworks, etc. upon therequests of
rights holders.
