COSTAIN | 2006 - present

Costain Oil, Gas and Process (COGAP) awarded Morson International a Master Vendor Service contract in September 2006 to supply technical and engineering personnel acrossall projects in the Oil & Gas, Chemical and Nuclear sectors. Through this contract, we supply up to 200 contractors to various Costain projects across the UK, Scandinavia, Middle East and North Africa. We implemented a centralised solution that provided significant improvements to the recruitment process, resulting in a saving of approximately 4% of turnover per annum. Our solutions helped to drive large improvements in terms of reduced administration time;increased efficiency and reduced recruitment spend.
