The vane compresses and exhausts the gas inside the cylinder. The oil lubricates and cools down the bearing part. It also has a sealing function to secure air tightness of the vane and the cylinder. Excellent in compression efficiency and low vibration. These are the most frequently used vacuum pumps for industrial use. Detai l o f features

A vane is assembled in the rotor inside the cylinder. The vane compresses and exhausts the gas inside the cylinder.The oil lubricates and cools down the bearing part. It also has a sealing function to secure air tightness of the vane and the cylinder. Excellent in compression efficiency and low vibration. These are the most frequently used vacuum pumps for industrial use.

What is helium tight type…?

Note  IE3 motor is higher efficient than the conventional motor so the striking current tends to be higher. For the bigger pumps with 5.5kW motor or more, there is possibility that pumps don't start running due to insufficient power voltage in case that power capacity is low. Please confirm the power capacity before using bigger pump.

Features

Large size and low vibration single stage oil rotary vane pump. Selectable from air and water cooled type. Oil cooler is used for oil temperature cooling for a air cooled model. Equipped with a cartridge-type oil mist filter inside the oil tank. Cleaning of the inside of the oil tank and replacement of the oil mist filter are easy.

PKS series models are extremely durable rotary plunger vacuum pumps with very stable pumping .

Robust and long-life and low-speed-rotatation pump with less rotary sliding parts. Materials in the pump is highly resistant to abrasion.
