Limited Liability Company Russian-Ukrainian Search and In-dustrial Enterprise (LLC RU SIE) “Agrinol” specializes in the pro-duction of such lubricating materials as lubricants, oils, lubricat-ing and cooling liquids (LCL) and steel drums. The introduction of new technologies and the improvement of the already existing ones by modernizing the equipment and utilizing new materials, highly qualified specialists and the quality management system ISO 9001-2009 (ISO 9001:2008) enable the enterprise to manufac-ture products of high quality that corresponds to the requirements Ukrainian and foreign consumers. The oils, lubricants and LCL pro-duced by RU SIE “Agrinol” are widely used at enterprises of con-centrating, metallurgical and power supply complexes as well as in mechanical engineering, transport, and agricultural sector not only in Ukraine but also in Russia, Byelorussia, Latvia, Kazakhstan, Moldova and others.

On the basis of the modern control and analytical laboratory accredited by the State Standard of Ukraine, as well as the experi-mental laboratory in the association, constant effort is being made to increase the range and quality of product that helps ensure the fullest satisfaction of the requirements of specific consumers.

Specialists of the «Agrinol» company developed line of motor oils, adapted to the domestic conditions of mobile equip-ment operation. These oils contain specially selected and balanced components which actively cleanse and protect engine parts from deposits and sludge where it is really important. The range of Agrinol SAE motor oils includes PREMIUM class oil for modern motor cars, cargo, passenger and road-construction vehicles, which are working under the heavy loads; and also oils of STANDART class for the older models.

New generation transmission oils «Transmission» and automatic transmission fluid (ATF) include both mineral and synthetic oils that are intended for use in extreme conditions where increased antioxidant and EP properties are needed.

«Agrinol» company produces a full range of traditional lubricants along with high-tech, synthetic and semi-synthetic lubricants for the last generation automotive technique.

Agrinol 5W-40 SL/CF, CG-4/SJ — universal synthetic motor oils, intended for use in modern gasoline and diesel engines of cars, trucks and off-road equip-ment, operating in any environmental conditions and with extreme type of driving (highlands, «start-stop» mode, sport style).

Agrinol 10W-40 SL/CF, CG-4/SJ — this universal semi-synthetic motor oil is intended for all types of modern diesel and gasoline engines of cars and minibuses (including turbocharged engines and cata-lyst). It is an optimal decision for mixed fleets.

SL/CF oils are used in engines operating on fuel with a sulfur content of 0.5% of the mass and above.

Agrinol 15W-40 CG-4/SJ, CG-4/SL are mineral, universal, motor oils, which are used in high-speed, four-stroke diesel engines of HPD (High Performance Die-sel) class with and without turbocharging.

Agrinol 15W-40 CН-4/SJ — universal, mineral based motor oils are intended for high-load, high-speed, fourstroke diesel engines of class HPD main type, that use fuel with a sulfur content exceeding 0,5 % by weight.

Agrinol 15W-40 CI-4 — mineral based universal motor oil, intended for exploitation of four-stroke diesel engines with various types of injection systems and pressurization (ranged from 2002 release).

Agrinol SAE 10W CF-4 oil is designed for the lubrication of locomotive and marine diesel engines, bulldozer diesel engines of domestic and foreign produc-tion, metallurgical equipment of mining enterprises, various diesel engines operating in different con-ditions, drilling equipment etc.

Agrinol SAE 30 CF-4 and Agrinol SAE 40 CF-4 oils are designed for diesel engines of heavy trucks, mining and construction equipment operating under severe conditions.

Agrinol SAE 30 CF-4 can be used during the spring and autumn period s the hydraulic oil ISO 100 in hydrodrives of construction, mining and special equipment.

M-8G2, M-8G2k are winter oils for diesel automotive engines, including those with moderate turbocharging, stationary diesel engines and diesel generators op-erating under severe conditions. Temperature range: from minus 20°С to + 25°С.

М-10G2, М-10G2k — summer oils for lubrication of automotive diesel engines, including those with moderate turbocharging, high-speed stationary diesel engines and diesel generators working in the op-erating conditions under which sedients are formed by high temperatures.

М-8G2k, М-10G2k oils unlike М-8G2, М-10G2 brands have more effective additive composition, which increases terms of oil change. Recommended for vehicles of KAMAZ, ZIL type for and «Ikarus»-type bus-es. Operating temperature range: from minus 5°С to + 30°С.

M-10V2 — summer oil for lubricating of middle-accelerated automotive die-sels SMD-14, А-41, D-50, D-37 and others. Operating temperature range: summer oil М-10V2: from minus 5°С to +30°С.

М-8DM, М-10DM — oil is intended for summer use for highly accelerated automotive diesels, high-speed stationary diesels and diesel generators of home and foreign production with turbo charger and without it, tractors, bulldozers, dump trucks, in heavy operating conditions or fuel, which vary in quality (including sour). Operating temperature range: summer oil М-10DM from minus 5°С to +30°С, winter oil М-8DM: from minus 20°С to +25°С.

Agrinol М-14G2k is intended for greasing of four-stroke transport diesel en-gines, highly accelerated automotive diesels without supercharging (or with limit-ed supercharging), that operate under moderate and heavy conditions. Agrinol М-14G2k oil can be used instead of М-10G2k motor oil according to GOST 8581 for summer operation of automotive diesels in re-gions with long and hot summers. Recommended ratio of the fuel mixture is:– for snowmobiles, motorcycles, etc. — 1:50 (oil: petrol);– for lawn mowers, chainsaws — 1:40 (oil: petrol).

TRANSMISSION oils series consists of transmission multigrade oils, which are used for greasing of all types of gears: cylindrical, conical, spiral bevels and hyp-oid gears of cars, trucks, buses, tractors; road and construction equipment.

Transmission Oil Classic SAE 80W-90 API GL-4 is intended for greasing mechanical transmissions, cars, lorries and mobile equipment, as well as other sites where level of API GL-4 (TM-4) oil is recom-mended.

Transmission Silver SAE 85W-90 API GL-5, Transmission Gold SAE 80W-90 API GL-5 and Trans-mission Platinum SAE 75W-90 API GL-5 oils are designed for lubrication of mechanical transmissions with all types of gears, including hypoid. Oil ТАp-15V is intended for greasing of transmissions of trucks, road construc-tion equipment and gears (spur, spiral bevel gearings and worm-type gears where the contact stresses are up to 2000 MPa and oil temperature is up to 130 °C). In the middle climatic zone this oil is used all year-round at temperatures up to minus 25 °C.

ТAD-17i oil is intended for greasing of all types of gears (including hypoid) of cars and other mobile equipment. Multigrade oil, operates at temperatures up to minus 30 °С. The upper limit of continuous performance is 140 °C.

Hydraulic oil Agrinol VMGZ is used as a winter oil. In Arctic conditions it is used as а year-round working liquid in hydraulic drives and hydraulic control sys-tems of constructing, road, logging, lifting and other machines and mechanisms exploited in the open air at the working temperature of oil from minus 55 °С up to 80 °С.

AMG-10 oil is designed for use as a working fluid for hydraulic devices op-erating in the range of environmental temperatures from minus 60°С to +55 °С.

Spindle oil Agrinol AU is intended for use in lightly loaded hydraulic systems of mobile equipment with gear and piston pumps, working under pressure up to 15 MPa and maximum oil temperature up to 100°С.
