Ointment manufacturing plant:Ointment Plant mainly consists of following equipments - •Manufacturing Vessel - Along with Baffles & JacketMain Agitator Anchor type with Teflon scrapersHydraulic Lifting ArrangementInline Homogenizer •Wax & Water Phase Vessel Baffles Jacket Agitator Propeller Type Storage Tank •Working Platform - Dimpled Sheet •Pipelines - Water Phase & Wax phase vessels are connected to the Main manufacturing vessel through individual pipelines. Inline conical filters are provided after each vessel bottom outlet.Finished products are pumped out from the manufacturing vessel, through a third line by a lobe pump, into the storage tank. This line also has an inline conical filter. The storage tank bottom outlet is connected to a metering pump. All connections like bends, tees, valves, inline sight glasses are of Triclover/Din Standards. Bump pump for ointment transfer and Dosing pump for feeding ointment to vessels.

• At the orientation station, when the tube is lifted, its presence is checked by a sensor and this signal is relayed to the filling station. Hence if a tube is not there, the dosing action does not take place and hence there is no fill. • If the tube is not ejected out by the ejector, the machine stops in order to avoid damages. • Tube holders are of spring loaded type to take care of any tube diameter variation. • Audiovisual Alarm Annunciation System for any abnormal

conditions of the machine. • Comprehensive control panel with all protection features.

ROTARY BOTTLE WASHING MACHINE:

The table is designed for visual inspection of filled and sealed bottles before the same are passed on for labeling operation.

The capped bottles enter the slat conveyor of the Inspection Table in an upright position.

The light on the Inspection Table, which shall focus powerful light on the bottles. The operator checks the bottle for any defects and picks up the defective bottles while it passes through the illuminating area. A platform shall be provided in front of the Slat conveyor to collect the rejected bottles. Only one operator is required to operate the machine.

The storage tank made by 2 mm shell thickness of sheet with flat bottoms & loose lid.The tank shall be provided with an outlet valve at the bottom. 4nos.of Legs are provided.

• Turn Table of 762 mm diameter fabricated out of M.S. Plate with stainless steel cladding having an independent drive for feeding the containers continuously for filling operation.
