In order to supply of Illuminated/ Non - Illuminated panaflex sign Board with all standard accessories, different types

of signage etc. for Bank's branches for the year of 2016, tenders in sealed cover are hereby invited as per following terms

and conditions:

Filled in BOQ for supplying of Illuminated/ Non - Illuminated panaflex sign Board with all standard accessories,

different types of signage etc. for Bank's branches for the year of 20L6 & must be dropped in the tender box kept at

General Services Division, Head Office, Sun-Moon-Star Tower (10th floor), 3Z Dilkusha C/A, Dhaka-1000 on or

before 5.00 PM of December 17,20L5.

02Offered rate shall be treated as fixed rate for the year ol 20L6 only. No claim for price escalation shall be

entertained till the end of 2016.

03The bidders are requested to fill up this schedule and submit the same after providing company seal and sign on

each page. Schedule would be treated as disqualified if any kind of cuttingl erasing/ overwriting in the same.

04The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without any reason whatever and not bound to

accept the lowest tender.

05 The Bank reserves the right to reduce or increase the item and its quantity.

06 The work-order will be automatically forfeited if the requisite terms and conditions are not fulfilled.

07 06 (six) months free services shall have to be provided by the supplier.

08 The price should be inclusive of carrying cost, manual labor cost, fittings & any kind of charges thereof.

09 VAT and AIT will be deducted from the each bill(s) at source as per Government rules and regulations.

95olo Payment will be made through the account maintained with our Bank/ Pay - order aftet 15 days from the

date of inauguration of the respective branch subjected to submission of performance/ no objection certificate

issued bv the respective branch manaser & on submission of related bill and challan showine receipt bv the Bank"

715% of final payment shall be retained as securit5r deposit for a period of 06 (six) months subjected to obtain

satisfaction certificate from the respective branch Manager.

L2Any defects found ever after delivery to be replaced at the own cost of the supplying firm. Any deviation regarding

quality, color, quantity etc will not be acceptable by the Bank.

13 All Delivery should be completed within 5 days from the date of receiving the work order.

14 Cost Analysis will have to be submitted for serial no. L,2,3t4,6(al,(b1,7,8
