It must be hot and ready to be served. Drop off times on Saturday, February 28 are 3:15-3:45 p.m., 5:00-5:30 p.m. Your chili will be assigned a number at drop off. Judging will begin at 6:00 p.m. Judgeswill sample each chili without crackers, cheese or any other condiments. After all chili has been tested by the judges, tasting will be open to all attendees. Tasting cups, spoon and crackers will be provided. Chili will be judged on appearance and taste. Winners will be announced at approximately 7:30 p.m. Entry fee of $10 includes 1 snack, 1 beverage coupon and chili samples. There will be a $25 prize for the winner in each category. Lastday to register for the contest is February 20, 2015. Registrations can be turned in to the parish office during business hours or deposited in a sealed envelope marked "Chili Cook- off" and placed in the Sunday collection.
