Pre-Test • The Pre-Test is made up of 50 ques ons covering all five performance domains (Process Groups). • Answers are iden fied as correct or incorrect and ra onale is provided for the correct answer. Reference to

the corresponding sec on in the training materials is also provided for follow-up. • The Pre-Test results will iden fy the user’s strengths and weaknesses, allowing the individual to focus their

a en on where it’s most needed. • A er comple ng the course, Pre-Test scores will be compared to Post-Test scores in the Reports sec on to

show knowledge and skills have improved.

Chapter Quizzes • A er reviewing each chapter in the reading materials, users are encouraged to test their understanding

and reten on of the topics by comple ng a prac ce quiz that contains ques ons pertaining to that chapter.

• Quizzes provide immediate feedback with correct answer iden fica on, ra onale, and reference to the appropriate chapter and topic in the printed materials.

Flashcards • Users can test their knowledge of important terms and defini ons with online flashcards. • Printable versions of the flashcards are available in the Resource Center.

Post-Test • The Post-Test includes 100 ques ons taken from all five performance domains (Process Groups). • The Post-Test provides immediate feedback, ra onale, and reference to the appropriate chapter and topic in

the printed materials for addi onal review. • A er comple ng the Post-

Test, users can visit the Reports to see a comparison of their Pre-Test and Post-Test scores to evaluate their progress throughout the course.

PMP® Prac ce Exam • The PMP® Prac ce Exam was designed to help PMP candidates gain comfort and experience with the

format and func onality of the computer-based PMP® Exam. This med test allows users to flag ques ons for review and skip and return to them later in the exam. Instruc onal feedback is not provided a er each ques on (like what is found in Pre-Test, Post-Test, and Chapter Quizzes) as this is considered an exam simula on, although ques on ra onale can be reviewed at the end of the exam, from the summary screen. This exam emulates the real Prometric PMP® Exam in func onality, dura on ( me), and number of ques ons.

Resource Center • Program updates, test-taking ps, printable flashcards, cer fica on informa on, reference material, and

feedback forms are available in the Resource Center.

Reports • The Quiz Best Score report shows the best scores recorded for all Chapter and Process Group quizzes.

Users can look at each quiz “a empt” (i.e. every me a quiz is completed the results are saved) and review the ques ons that were answered incorrectly from the summary page of each quiz. Users can take prac ce quizzes as many mes as they’d like.

• The Exam Comparison report reviews the user’s best results on the Pre-Test, Post-Test and Prac ce Exam. It shows a breakdown of test scores by chapter to gauge knowledge gain and see which content may need further review. A link to view a breakdown of each a empt recorded in the system is included at the bo om of the report.

Session Enrollment Report • The Session Enrollment Report shows the name, e-mail addresses and ac va on status of all students in

results on these three tests.

Composite Reports • Composite Reports show, for the Pre-Test, Post-Test, and Prac ce Exam, the average score for the

students who have completed the test.

Quiz Best Scores Report • The Quiz Best Scores Report shows the best test scores for the Chapter and Process Group quizzes, by

learner. It shows each student’s best test score with its comple on date of each quiz.
