Solstice Business Center is a design and build, turnkey
project commissioned by Solstice Development Pte Ltd
in 2010. With its ultra modern tinted glass facade and
smart layout for maximum space utilisation, the distinctive
8-storey multi-user development is specially designed for
the clean and light industries.
More than just design development, Soilbuild was also
responsible for procurement, construction management
and marketing of the business center. We were involved in
all aspects of the redevelopment project, transforming an
aging industrial building into a contemporary business
space complex. In addition to providing greater certainty
in cost and delivery, the collaboration leveraged on
Soilbuild’s track record in marketing business space to
enhance the value of the development. Through our
strategic marketing efforts targetting at new start-ups
as well as all businesses including MNCs in the clean and
light industries, the development was fully sold within
two months of its launch in December 2010.
A breakthrough turnkey development deal with Kolette
Pte Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CSC Holdings Ltd,
Soilbuild managed the design development, construction and
marketing of West Point Bizhub - a 60-year business space
development designed to provide an efficient workspace for
a wide range of general industries.
Our expertise in creating efficient business space for SMEs
is clearly evident in all 70 column-free terrace units, canteen
and other functional features like dual access for selective
units and wide driveways to facilitate smooth traffic flow.
Soilbuild also mitigated cost pressures through value
engineering, and with our extensive experience in marketing
business space, West Point Bizhub was fully sold in 2010.
We achieved a win-win outcome for both CSC and Soilbuild.

alteration works at 10 Toh Guan Road.
Soilbuild is undertaking the main construction of a
condominium housing development at Angullia Park
through a joint venture with OKP Holdings Ltd. Requiring
a minimum CONQUAS score of no less than 90 points, the
contract leverages on Soilbuild’s extensive construction
experience and quality delivery.
Solaris received its Temporary Occupation Permit.
Awarded tender for 60-year leasehold industrial site at Yishun Street 23. Proposed 7-storey ramp-up business space development, North Spring Bizhub is slated for launch in 1H2011.
Completed the divestment of Penjuru Logistics Hub aspart of the Group’s capital management strategy to enhance yields and returns.
