Depending on the available space and room conditions, MOSER is the only manuf-acturer who offers a variety of installation possibilities for both the floor and the ceiling: For supplies via the ceiling, ceiling connection columns are the right soluti-on. If trolleys prevent an installation or the ceilings are too high then floor columns are the answer. The robust and waterproof supply columns brave the daily tough industrial environ-ment and remain reliable supply energy suppliers over many years.

Supplying Industrial workplaces with power, data and signals without disturbing operation, requires in-depth planning and the appropriate technology. Such tasks can be optimally solved by implementing connection columns for industry. The floor and ceiling columns for industry have outstandingly proved their worth in practice as versatile energy suppliers for electricity, electronics, compressed air, gas-ses and fluids. They provide the required connections at the place of action and permit short incoming cables.

Cleanrooms and laboratories use many technical devices and modern technology which have not been used a few years ago. It is usually difficult to enable the supply of the working places in an adequate way afterward. This comprises not only the current supply, but rather the supply of air pressure or data sockets. The MOSER connection columns made out of anodized aluminum enable an extremely efficient and cost-saving solution. Furthermore these columns convince with their outstanding features. Especially the application in the production of microelectronics is an approved method as the supply of electrical connection for big production areas and for single working places is requested. As simple wall ducts are not advisable, a special solution for this problem is long-needed necessary. Therefore we have certified the existing connection columns for the application in cleanrooms and convince now as a competent partner in the professional fitting of cleanrooms. According to ISO 14644-1 the possible application in cleanrooms (air purity class 1) has been confirmed with the IPA-certificate by the Fraunhofer Institute.As they can be cleaned and disinfected without problems, they fulfill all requirements of a hygienic design. Furthermore the ceiling suspension supports a low turbulence displacement flow and enables an application in Laminar-Flow-Units.

Electric connection column for industry MS15 - the all-rounder

Today the concurrent supply of different energy and data springs in production halls and workshops is an essential productiveness and service factor. The industry connection column MS15 is optimally adjusted to this request. It is configured as a complete solution with high admission capacity by individual customer wishes. In the 2-sided execution the industrial column MS15 is equipped with standard electrical appliances, in the 3-sided execution, in addition, with air pressure connections and IT interfaces. For the application in vehicle workshops the MS15 consists out of protective contact sockets and CEE outlets, air pressure and gas couplings as well as protection distributor.

Built-in seperation bar on the inside isolates the different circuits. The connection column of the type MS15 consists out of anodized aluminium which is resistant against corrosion. It is resistant to weather, impact-proofand shockproof.

It offers access to strong stream and weak stream, protection rows, air pressure, technical gases as well as liquids. It can be used in manufacturing and workshop as well as in the assembly, in test benches or in the lab.

MSD10 Ceiling connection column - the slender one for clean rooms

The pure space column certificated by the Fraunhofer institute MSD10 fascinates by the space-saving, slender design. It can be equipped with every outlets and counter material and is applicable therefore for the „clean space“ up to the pure space of the purity of the air class 1 according to ISO 14644.

It is silvery, like RAL 9006, anodized. This surface would be very easy by a possible soiling to clean. This causes the smooth and blow-insensible coating.

The slim and stable cover connection column MSD15 is made especially for the application in machines, assembly work places and test benches. Suitably in particular for the supply of heterogeneous manufacturing cells with different small machines.

The closed aluminium case is resistant against corrosion and especially resistant against mechanical damages and fires. The closed profile distinguishes itself by the highest stability and security, it is furthermore water-tight and dust-tight.

The industrial column MSD15 is equipped appropriate for customer and meeting demands in front and back with standard connections and guarantees the supply with current, data, air pressure or tax signals directly of the machine. This column saves space without hindering the operational expiries! Furthermore the industrial column MSD15 offers enough installation space for several strongly and weak stream devices as well as distributors.

A separation rail isolates the different circuits within the column.
