Monitors best practices adherence at client’s sites and report potential issues with recommendations and/or project opportunities directly to the vCIO. Be available for the After-hour On-Call schedules. Establish network specifications by conferring with users; analyzing workflow, access, information, and security requirements; designing router administration, including interface configuration and routing protocols. Establish network by evaluating network performance issues including availability, utilization, throughput, and latency; planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of equipment; defining network policies and procedures; establishing connections and firewalls. Manage all clients’ Hardware and Software Vendors. Act as the primary technical contact. Maintains network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems to vendor.

Help to setup workstations and peripherals for new users and conduct training if requested by the client onsite.

Manage LANs, WANs, network/telecom devices, servers, Internet, and intranet systems for clients.

Analyze, isolate and resolve network issues with clients’ network.

Evaluate and modify system's performance.

Identify user needs (software and hardware) and make recommendation to the VCIO.

Determine network and system requirements and make recommendation to the VCIO.
