STARTING CONDITIONSAll shops are from one trade center (Yes, I am lazy )

Photos are bad It is forbidden to take pictures in shops in Prague

It was a Sunday. A family day. People were with their kids

Shops have a lot of common in the environment. Ceiling height, temperature, entrance … I spent 15 imnutes in every shop

LINDEX KIDSToo much red, too dark, to aggressive

Security guy was following me all the time

Nobody from salespeople cared about me

No music at all

Line of goods was poor

Too depressive, I didn‘t want to stay there

Sales items were visible

Products arranged by size an for boys and girls

There are nice size tables

Possible to pass with the pram

It was very easy to find a product

Aggressive, chaotic, oppressive

SEPHORAToo much secuirity

Salespeople were professional, they wore the uniform, they initiated the contact and guided me

Products were arranged by brand, price and function at the same time

Discount cards for customers

No promotional actions like free make-up

A lot of free promotional items!

Too many items, too difficult to choose, I was lost

This store has an image

RAGAZZAThere was no place to stay!! Only for two person maximum

I felt those things were expensive, though prices were not visible

There was only one saleswoman and she didn‘t talk to me

No way to see the items in the high shelves, no way to know the price

No sales items

Only for people, who knew exactly what they want

Nobody bought anything there

Some items were really cool

ALDONot possible to find if the size is availbale

I didn‘t plan to visit this shop, but it was so colourful, so I came in

Personnel initiated the contact immediately

Salespeople were friendly , they wanted to help , they perfectly matched the image of the store

It was easy to touch the model

Models were arranged by style and colour

Every customer got the portion of attention

Price is not very visible

The style was everywhere!
