Agnesian HealthCare will be converting its electronic health record systems to Epic, the leading provider of electronic medical records in the country. As a result, Agnesian eHealth will transition to MyChart to give patients online access to their medical record. To ensure caregivers continued access to specific patient information, relevant information from patient records are being transferred. MyChart will offer many of the same benefits as Agnesian eHealth, including: Manage your appointments Access your test results Communicate with your provider Pay bills online Request prescription refills Whether you’re at work, on the road or at home, you can view test results, messages from your doctor and your key medical information. You can even access your family’s records and schedule your next appointment online. Watch for more details closer to March 7 on how to make this transition. In the meantime, if there is something on your Agnesian eHealth account you would like to download, look for the “Download” button, which will open a standard PDF and give the option to print, e-mail or save as. This can include office notes, radiology reports, health record summaries, visit care summaries and transition of care documents.
