Real name: Bi Quang Vin, born on 22Oct 1979 at H Nai, Bin Ha, ng NaiProvince, Vit Nam in a family of patriotic-Catholic refugees from the North in 1954.Graduated from the Faculty of Literature,Linguistics, and Journalism at the H ChMinh City University of Social Sciences &Humanities in 2001. Since that time, he hasbeen living in Si Gn as a poet, freelancewriter and independent publisher.

He named and co-founded the M Ming(Open Mouth) Group with poet L i to

promote garbage poetry, cemetary po-etry He also founded the Giy Vn (ScrapPaper) Publishing House, devoted to theprinting and publishing of pavement poetssworks in xerographic form, beyond the reachof the authoritiess censorship.

Main job: manager of the Giy Vn Publish-

ing House.
