Onix with AlumaShield oxygen barrier weathers the extremes of any radiant heating or snowmelting application.Onix’s EPDM inner tube offers very high temperature resistance, while the Aramid reinforcing handles higher burst pressures up to 100 psi at 210°F. The EPDM cover offers abrasion, UV, and chemical resistance.

Onix is now sold by the coil. Notice new discounts for shorter lengths. Use these lengths for smaller radiantjobs like garages, basements, or sunrooms. Or use it for supply piping to baseboard or hydro-air units. Onix is fast,easy to install, and unlike PEX, it’s nearly impossible to damage during installation. Onix can still be specialordered in other lengths; round 3/8" Onix to the nearest 20' length desired, and all other sizes to the nearest 25'.

Splice assemblies are made with brass barbed splices and crimped ferrules protected with heavy-weightshrink tubing. Lengths of 200' or less are constructed with just one factory splice. Swedged Manifolds are easy to stock manifolds and easy to assemble. These 1" copper Swedged Manifoldsare swedged at one end to sweat to each other or to 1" copper pipe. Solder a 2-branch to a 3-branch to makea 5-branch, a 3-branch and 4-branch to make a 7-branch, etc. Swedged Manifolds do not come with unions orcaps. See Base Branch and Copper Stub Manifolds for additional options.

CustomCut Manifolds are designed for flexibility and speed in the field. Cut off five branches for a 5-branchmanifold, seven branches for a 7-branch manifold, etc. All CustomCuts are 4' long. Fittings are spaced 3"apart, so a pipe cutter can fit between the branches. Onix CustomCuts come in two styles: (1) with OnixBarbs, and (2) with Mini Ball Valves and Onix barbs.
