Operational Part

Cheque clearing Collections-Outstation cheques collections for customers, from all segments and also includes servicing internal units like Retail Asset, Credit Card payments.Transfer Transactions, DD PO printing for clients. NEFT, & RTGS processing. Conduction the Bill processing under various heads to run the branch.Retail Asset Operation –Processing the loan file and Sanctioning and Disbursement. Processing LAG (Loan against Gold) LAFD (Loan against Fixed Deposits).Deceased Claim Settlement, Locker allotment and locker operation process.Daily Weekly Monthly reconciliation and reports of Gold Loan, I Kits, Secured Inventory operations. Monitor large cash transactions & adhering to KYC norms.Monitoring and reconciling all the GL and Payable accounts on daily basis and verifying all the entries of various office accounts. Cash Management and maintain the CHL and CRL to enhance the profitability of the Branch.

Responsible for dealing with Bank’s Internal & External auditors & inspectors thereby complying with statutory norms & Bank’s laid down policies.Reporting to various Government departments for submitting of various report .Handling the legal notices as per operation related processes.
