    INTRODUCTIONIn the present world of science and technology the trained graduate and post-graduate science students have ample opportunities in different job and

    research areas. As far as concerned with a job, the teaching profession is the

    best one. The scientific knowledge about all the aspects of education acquired

    through the successful completion of B.Ed course and the subject knowledge

    acquired at the graduate and post graduate period are enough to make them a

    best teacher. The research areas in education are so wide and a lot of

    complicated things related to teaching and learning processes are yet to be find

    out. The concept of global village also influences the field of education and a

    teacher with broad outlook can have high profiles in his career. The knowledge

    processing outsourcing an innovative technology in the field of education. Ascience student having enough knowledge about all walks of education can aim

    higher and can achieve better goals in life

    CONTENT* TEACHING PROFESSIONTeacher is the nation builder and teaching is the act of moulding a student to a responsible and

    valuable citizen of a country. in India this profession has a wide scope. In every year, lakhs of teachers

    are required for the proper functioning of our education system. In India there are many educational

    institutes running at government and private sectors. In the government sector selection of teachers

    are done at central and state levels. At the central level Kendriya vidyalayas and Navodaya vidyalayas

    appoint a lot of teachers every year. These institutions provide enough career growth for teachers. At

    the state level recruitments are made by KPSC for different hierarchies such as upper primary level,

    secondary level and higher secondary level. A good teacher is like a candle who can light the path in

    darkness and guide pupil towards a better goal.

    * RESEARCH FIELD

    There many puzzling questions in the field of education that needs permanent solutions. Research

    is the only way to find a better solution. There are wide opportunities in the field of educationalpsychology and pedagogy. In the modern world the most puzzling question is How to impart value

    based education to students by compromising what the present world needs ?. The concept of

    global education is another nut to crack.

    * KNOWLEDGE PROCESS OUTSOURCING

    it is the application of information technology in the field of education. It ensures the spread of

    knowledge beyond the nations. A well trained teacher can have ample opportunities in this field.

    CONCLUSION

    It is well clear that a trained graduate and post-graduate science students havea lot of opportunities in all areas related to education and knowledge

    processing. A better understanding of the subject matter and knowledge

    acquired in the training period can lead some to high profile job in the present

    world. Many opportunities are there in our country and abroad. A well

    motivated person having clear cut goals can achieve good targets in this field.
