Online B/L Printing

Once you have been approved for BLRP, please log on to elines.coscoshipping.com and access the “B/L Printing Online” function under E-SERVICES.

Original bills of lading will show in “new” status when released

Original bills of lading can be printed only once; the status will change to “printed” after they are printed

Sea Waybills are always in “view” status

Sea Waybills are in a PDF format and can be printed or downloaded as needed It is no longer necessary to download special software to print bills of lading

The B/Ls under current BLRP can still be viewed or printed by “B/L Printing Online (Old)” for

a period of time

B/Ls will have a version number that is updated when the carrier releases a new version.

Original B/Ls can be previewed and

printed only once. Click “Done” to

return to the previous page.

Once a B/L is previewed, the B/L status

will change to “printed” and the B/L

can’t be printed without being released

by the carrier again.

All B/L versions, activity type and dates can be viewed in the B/L Document History.

Email Notification

BLRP email notifications can be enabled or disabled in the “Email Subscription”

menu.

How To Delegate B/L Printing

The B/L delegation function can be used to delegate B/L

printing to another company.

Go to “B/L Print Delegate” and select a company from the

list.

Click Add to create a delegation; after created, all the new

B/Ls released to your account will go to the e-business

account of the delegated company.

Delegation can be removed by clicking delete under Action.
