mainly in urban rehabilitation, roads, water, environmental and

sports infrastructures.

Having grown exponentially over the years in this sector, the

company started expanding its scope of activities, and quickly

PROMOTINGSUSTAINABILITY

SUSTAINABILITY IS AT THE HEART OF OUR CULTURE.

The creation of shared value is a concern that has been

consistently enhanced by CJR Renewables over the years. In

our daily course, we come across environmental, social, and

community issues, which we spontaneously subscribe and

support.

EMPOWERINGOUR COMMUNITIES

Improving and empowering communities in the different

geographies is fundamental to the good exercise of our values and

culture.

EMPOWERINGOUR PEOPLE

For that we maintain a permanent and open dialogue with the different teams, through the various channels and tools

that we offer.

EMPOWERINGOUR COMMUNITIES

INNOVATING, EMPOWERING AND BENEFITING DIVERSE

COMMUNITIES IS A PERMANENT AMBITION OF OUR ORGANIZATION,

WHICH OVER THE YEARS HAS PURSUED THE PROGRESS OF LOCAL

COMMUNITIES WHERE WE HAVE PRESENCE.

UNICEFWe constantly support health institutions like UNICEF, because we believe that it is fundamental to empower

the generations to come.Helping and supporting primary care is fundamental

to the world of tomorrow.

PORTUGUESE LEAGUE AGAINST CANCEROver the years we have participated in several

solidarity activities or provided monetary support to the Portuguese League against Cancer, as we believe that the duty of organizations is to support oncology

training and research, thus contributing to the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of

cancer, a disease that affects a large part of the world's population.

HOUSE OF CHILDRENTaking care of children is taking care of the future.

Supporting institutions that promote the welfare of the younger people is seen as an opportunity for a

better future. House of Children is one of them.

WE SUPPORTASSOCIATIONS OF

DIFFERENT NATUREAll institutions that we support promote

our society and have an active presence in its development, assisting in regulation processes and, consequently, enabling

positive actions.

UNIVERSITY OF MINHOWith the purpose of attracting young talents for the civil engineering area, CJR Renewables participates

annually in the initiative of conceding scholarships to students of the University of Minho.

UNIVERSITY OF HANOIThe CJR Group integrated in headquarters (Portugal)

six-month training courses for young Vietnamese graduates in Civil Engineering. After the internship, if

the evaluation of the students is positive, the CJR Group guarantees the integration of the young

engineers in the company.

UNIVERSITY OF PORTOCJR Renewables is involved in a project titled NEEEIL IT powered by the Nucleus of Students of Electrical

Engineering and Computers (NSEEC) of FEUP (Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto).

This project is based on a competition with practical workshops in which the students must develop

several prototypes.

TOGETHER WITH THE BESTUNIVERSITIES WE HAVE

OBTAINED A PERFECT ALLIANCEBETWEEN KNOWLEDGE

AND EXECUTION

Our desire for permanent development combined with our search for new

opportunities lead to the creation of partnerships with universities, in which we seek to keep abreast of trends, as well as to strengthen our competitiveness. In CJR Renewables, we seek to develop our work

in a collaborative and open ecosystem that enhances innovation and efficiency -

values that are shared by our organization and the universities with we cooperate.

SPORTSSport is recognized by all as essential in the

promotion of a healthy body and observed as a primary tool in the development of a society. Within the CJR Group there is a deep sense of cooperation

with this type of initiatives. For the CJR Group, supporting Minho Grand Prix, a classic event, that

promotes the good practices of Portuguese cycling, is a pride.

CULTUREBelieving that culture is the basis of creativity and imagination and knowing that these are essential

tools for the productivity and competitiveness of any sector, the CJR Group sees in culture a tool for social

growth and collective construction.A primitive-shaped exhibition of granite and iron art that pursued the continuous and cyclical existence was the motto that triggered one more approach to

art by the CJR Group.

EDUCATIONThe CJR Group sponsors various educational events, annually. The aim is to bring to public some subject

rarely discussed or in need to be deeply debated. The CJR Group sees in education a promise of growth. This

year, Urban Rehabilitation was the motto.

AS LONG-LIVING COMPANYSUSTAINABILITY IS AT THEHEART OF OUR CULTURE!
