Product Catalog
Dear Customers,
My brother and I were initially cabinet
makers by trade. While still working at
cabinet shops during the day, we built
our first 20 x 20 tent for a neighborhood
party in a one-car garage that belonged
to our grandmother. When the party was
over, a friend needed a tent and rent-
ed it from us. At that point we saw the
opportunity and built a second one, a
20 x 40 tent, and began advertising it
for rent. We discovered, however, it was
impractical to create tents larger than
that and in 1979 we began purchasing
inventory for Chase Canopy Company.
Today our company maintains a well-
stoked inventory that serves both resi-
dential and commercial users. We offer
a complete line of rental equipment for
weddings, corporate events, fund-rais-
ers, graduations, etc. In addition, we
specialize in custom-event flooring,
staging, and tent washing.
Due to the fact that we have a great
working relationship with many of the
tent and awning companies in the
region we wanted to share with them a
much needed service to keep all tents
sparkling. As a result, we recently built
a 50 x 120 foot facility with a 35’ high
ceiling. This warehouse can accommo-
date the washing and drying of tents in
all sizes. Living in a seaside community,
our tent washing equipment can also
help sail boat companies and owners
keep their sails looking their brightest
in the ocean as well.
Since 1979, we have been serving
Rhode Island, Southeastern MA, Cape
Cod and Nantucket. We purchase only
the highest quality products available
and strive to exceed the expectations of
all our customers. We are fully insured,
long-time members of the American
Rental Association and are actively in-
volved in the New Bedford Chamber of
Commerce as well as our community.

In addition to offering free site inspec-tions and estimates, we also help to plan your event at no additional cost.
One of the ways to determine tent site capabilities, seating arrangements, and overall placement of equipment is by using Computer Aided Design (CAD).
CAD Drawing is a powerful tool we use to help in the planning process. The picture above is an example of a wedding ceremony layout demonstrat-ing the CAD drawing and perspective views. This is helpful in envisioning your rented equipment and what your layout will actually look like without having to wait until the big day.

We provide washing or drying, starting as low as $0.19 per sq. foot.
In addition to our Tent Washing Services we also specialize in cleaning services for Vinyl and Canvas Awnings & tents, Sails of all types, Moonwalk/ Bounce Rides, Drop cloths & Tarps. Large or small Industrial Fabrics.
We also offer non-structural repairs to your fabrics inventory to keep it in top shape. We have a dedicated area and personnel to evaluate and repair holes, rips, tears, gashes, etc on any tent, sidewall, inflatable object, etc. Please call for more details or any questions you may have. 1(800)-649-2055.

Important info about renting:
1. Chase Canopy does not allow for he
sharing of tents and other rental items
among separate renters, each event is a
separate function and is billed
as much.
2. The customer is responsible for alert-
ing Chase Canopy to any underground
hazards that may be hit when tenting on
site. Feel free to call 1-800-DIG-SAFE, this
is a free service and they usually require
7-10 business days to get on site. Chase
Canopy is not responsible for any damage
caused to any underground utilities, struc-
tures or any other underground hazards.
3. We require a 50% non-refundable
deposit to reserve rental equipment and
to confirm rental orders. Net 30 accounts
that become delinquent will be charged
with an interest rate of 1.5% per month.
4. All prices are based upon tailgate
delivery, if there is an extenuating cir-
cumstance (2nd floor, a beach, etc.) prior
notice must be given and delivery rates
may change.
5. Specific delivery times are available
upon request but will be subject to in-
creased delivery rate.
6. Grills, griddles and ovens must be
returned in the same condition which they
ere rented, additional necessary cleaning
with result in a $35 cleaning fee.
7. Chase Canopy reserves the right to
cancel an installation or to remove rental
equipment due to severe weather or other
conditions, with Chase Canopy’s judgment
would jeopardize equipment and personal
safety
8. Customers are responsible for dam-
aged, broken or missing items for the full
duration of the rental period, all damage,
broken or missing items will be billed to
the customer at current retail prices
9. If the customer is not present during
delivery, Chase Canopy will not be help
responsible for nay uncounted items. If
the customer notices problems, immedi-
ately notifying Chase Canopy is the best
practice, we are available 24 hours a day,
to assist urgent matters.1-800-649-2055.
10. Specialty linen rentals will require a
full deposit upon the completion of the
rental agreement.
