1. Go to www.ptptn.gov.my/ionline/#/login

2. Log into your PTPTN account.

3. Fill in all information. Ensure you have entered the correct IC Number.

4. “No. Pendaftaran Dari Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat” is only applicable to those who have it.

Leave it blank if it does not apply to you.

5. You should find your “No Akaun Skim Simpanan Pendidikan Nasional (SSPN-i)” in the form.

Copy and paste to the next field.

6. If you do not see your SSPN-i account on the page, contact PTPTN to check/update your status.

7. If you see “No Akaun Skim Simpanan Pendidikan Nasional Plus (SSPN-i Plus)”, copy and paste

in the next field. Leave it blank if you do not have SSPN-i Plus.

8. Fill in other information.

9. Select “Adakah Alamat Tetap Sama Dengan Alamat Surat Menyurat?” if your “Alamat Tetap”

(Home Address) is same with your “Alamat Surat Menyurat” (Mailing Address). Otherwise, leave

the box unchecked and provide your “Alamat Surat Menyurat”.

10. “Alamat emel” should be the email that you used when registering PTPTN and SSPN-i account.

11. Fill in the information if you have “No Cukai Pendapatan”. Otherwise, please leave it blank.

12. If you are working, select “YA”.

13. Click “Simpan dan seterusnya”.

14. For applicant who is working, fill in all information.

15. Then, click “Simpan dan seterusnya”.

16. For those are not working, you would see the appearance as above.

18. Fill in all information.

19. Fill in Gross Salary for “Gaji Kasar”. Fill in Net Salary for “Gaji Bersih”.

21. Select “IPTS”.

22. Select “Kolej Universiti Selatan”.

23. Select “Sepenuh Masa”.

24. For diploma student, select “Diploma Sepenuh Masa”. For degree student, select “Ijazah Pertama

Sepenuh Masa”.

25. Type in your course as stated in your Offer Letter, then select the name that comes the closest to it.

26. “Tempoh Pengajian” will appear automatically after you select the course.

27. Select the nearest date for “Tarikh Mula Pengajian” based on the intake stated in the Offer Letter.

28. Type in Student ID in “No. Matrik”.

29. Select CIMB in “Nama Bank”.

30. Enter your CIMB account number in “No Akaun”.

31. After completing all information, click “Simpan dan seterusnya”.

32. Both statuses should be “Berjaya”.

34. Click “Ya” to submit the application.

35. Click “Ya” to confirm your submission. Make sure you have filled in all information correctly, as

you will not be able to change anything after this.
