YourschoolisusingtheSchoolBytessportmanagementsystemtoallowyoutoselect&manageyoursportchoices/preferencesonline,downloadrelevantpermissionnotesandmakeonlinepaymentsforsport.Thestepsbelowoutlinetheprocessforastudenttoselecttheirsportchoices:

1. Inawebbrowser,gotothefollowingpage:https://online.schoolbytes.education/sport/YouwillbetakentotheSchoolBytesloginpage.Click‘LoginwithNSWDoEportal’belowtheDepartmentlogo.

2. TheNSWDoEportalpagewillappear.EnteryourDoEportalusername

&password.Thisisthesameusername&passwordyouusetoaccesstheinternetatschoolandstudentemailaccount.

3. Fromthedropdownmenu,selectthesportsessionyouwishtoselectpreferencesfor,thenpress‘Next’.

4. Usingthedropdownmenusprovided,selectyoursportchoices,then

press‘SavePreferences’.

Ifasportisfull,youwillnotbeabletoselectit.Thesportwillbe‘greyed’outinthedropdownmenu,andwillhavealabelsaying‘SPORTISFULL’nexttoitsname.Ontheright-handsideofthepage,the‘Downloads’sectionwilllistanyfilesuploadedbyyoursportsorganisersuchaspermission&informationnotes.Ifenabled,youwillalsobeabletomakeanonlinepaymentforyoursportthroughasecureWestpacpaymentgateway.

5. Oncesportselectionsarecompleted,andyoursportsorganiserhasfinalisedtherolls,youwillbeabletologbackintothesystemusingthesamestepsaboveandseewhatsportyouhavebeenallocatedto.
