Easy to follow steps that are well organized and demonstrate a clear connection to the
learner’s current work skills

Basic instruction and procedures for learners to utilize and upgrade their

Enhance and refocus the end user training / computer skill set
Students Needs
The Instructor wills the ability to reintroduce the module after minor or major updates to basic programs and new technology.
Advantage for adults to be in a class composed entirely of other peers, and not feel intimidated in front of younger and more computer fluent students (Morris 1992).
