2. BER Assessment Report (Build Fabric or Heat Loss Report)

3. Heat Source – Will the property require a Heat Pump or hybrid combination?

4. Heat Emitters – Require underfloor heating or radiators, (steel or aluminium) or combination?

5. Room Controls - Require thermostat control for upstairs and downstairs or room by room ?

6. Ventilation – Require mechanical ventilation or natural?
