This helps in segmenting the social users to each category that suites their request and can also manage top social sites under one ie your clients can reach you via any of the top four social sites and it will be centralize (marking where the client reach came from). While for sales, you can create groups and add each social user (not restricted to which social sites they are from) and place them under nurturing till they yield to customers, easily engage with them, and provide documents straight. Unlike other crm that integrate emails, we already have provided quick social messaging that allows you to leave offline messages to your users. (Guaranteeing a quick response than email)

This tool will allow you to auto post to tons of groups you are a member of, and help you to search for groups you can add, you can also schedule post and RSS as well. Helps you to post when your post will get more engagement and reach.

9. Bulk Social account Posting/scheduling (ongoing development)

This feature helps you to post to multiple platforms and multiple accounts, all easily scheduled, and enables you to spin contents by adding similar phrase words to help reduce spamming.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

SEOWEBANALYST will be handling the Search Engine Optimization visibility and branding of Access Bank PLC on search engines.

SEOWEBANALYST will research on keywords that are pertinent to Access Bank PLC products and services and help target such consumer keywords on search engines. We will require some edit on web pages or redesign (via webmaster) and a search engine pay per click advert dedicated for some of this high valuable keywords.

SEOWEBANALYST will assist Access Bank PLC social accounts on Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and Youtube in monitoring, tracking reviews, related consumer keyword phrases, and sentiments with user profile grouping to target right contents. Dedicated Access Bank personnel will handle the response and feed backs. We will provide up to 9-premium user access to the SEOWEBANALYST dashboard and each assigned to monitor different segments of the platform, e.g. SEO, SOCIAL, LEAD MANAGER, EMAIL, and SMS.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following are terms and conditions for the propose contract:

1.) The contract duration is for 6 months.

2.) The payment of contract will be the sum of 750,000 Naira per month.

3.) The funds will be use to perform the job descriptions stated below and procure other web marketing resources.

4.) This will be monitored on SEO manager dashboard, which will be assigned to Access Bank personnel in charge to track results in real time.

5.) The dashboard will also be use to manage Access Banks Social Impact and monitor mentions across their social accounts in real time.

6.) The aim of the contract is to get the site ranking for top ten targeted consumer keywords that are relevant to Access Bank products/services and to help track, engage, analyze Access Bank Social Impact. All aimed at increasing online awareness and Branding.

7.) After 6 Months of job delivery, the client may continue the process of maintenance, which is optional.

8.) The maintenance fee (50% of initial cost) is to keep maintaining the position listings of the site on the top ten pages, helping to maintain, and improve the web site rankings on Google.com.ng with consistent traffic. Social reach with prospects and maintain existing ones.
