Prepaid Food and Beverage Minimum RequirementsMinimums do not apply to Saturday Receptions ending by 4 pm or Sundays May through October.

With a Friday, Saturday day, or Sunday Wedding, the wedding salon will be available to you for the day through the end of your reception time. Saturday evenings May - October, the Brookside and Farview wedding salon will be available to you 30 minutes prior to your ceremony. Legacy Room wedding salon will be available for the full day.

No outside food or beverage is permitted in the wedding salon. A Merrill’s Tavern menu is available for you to order room service if desired.

Wedding Salon

Ceremonies are held outdoors (weather permitting) May - October. On a Friday or Sunday you are able to select your own 51/2 hour time frame for your ceremony and reception. The ceremony fee is $600 on a Friday, Saturday day or Sunday. Saturday evenings the onsite ceremony fee is $800. Your onsite ceremonial fee includes the set up and breakdown of white garden chairs, microphone system, and a rehearsal on the Thursday prior to your wedding with your personal coordinator.

If the weather is not favorable for an outdoor ceremony, your ceremony will be moved inside to your ballroom and will take place on the dance floor. Chairs will be set on the dance floor for immediate family and guests will be seated at their dining tables. Off season ceremonies (November - April) will have a separate room for your ceremony.



Bar Service and Liquor PolicyAtkinson Resort & Country Club reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who cannot provide a valid form of identification per New Hampshire State Law. All persons must be of legal drinking age to be served alcohol. No alcoholic beverages may be given to persons under the legal drinking age or to persons without positive identification. For the safety of you and your guests, no glasses or bottles are allowed on the dance floor. No outside liquor is permitted in the resort. The bar will close 15 minutes prior to the end of your reception.

Fieldstone SuitesWedding packages including a complimentary hotel room, will have a room reserved for the evening of your wedding. If you wish to not stay at the resort that evening, please let the Wedding Sales Manager know in writing 60 days prior to your wedding date. We will provide you with a voucher to return and stay with us another evening that is within one year of your wedding date.

Overnight accommodations for your family and guests are based on availability and require a $75 non-refundable deposit per room.

PaymentsA $2,000 deposit is required to reserve the Brookside, Farview or Tuscany Ballrooms. A $3,000 deposit is required to hold the Legacy Ballroom. If you are having an onsite ceremony, the onsite ceremony fee is required when booking. The deposit schedule will be 50% of your food and beverage minimum due six months after booking. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to your wedding date. All deposits are non-refundable.
