Marina Help - Boat Detailer/Laborer: German Brothers Marina is immediately hiring our crew for this upcoming Spring & Summer. This is a position with multiple job duties based on the season. Up until the boats are delivered out to our customers your job duty primarily will be detailing. You will be responsible for washing, waxing & cleaning the interior of boats in our storage buildings. Your job responsibility after the boats are all clean will become assisting at the marina. You could be pumping gas at the docks, working in the retail store, helping launch boats or getting our rental boats out for the day. There is a lot to be done and the majority of the work during this season will be outside in the sun. If you continue to be efficient and productive you will be able to stay on through fall when we bring all the boats back in for storage through the winter. The fall job duties include power washing, detailing and shrink wrapping. We will keep a small crew of the most efficient workers to continue working through the winter as our core detailing crew. This job is constantly changing and needs someone who can be flexible and follow directions. We are looking for someone with self-motivation and a positive attitude. WorkKeys assesses reading, math and locating information, which qualify you for a Career Readiness Credential. This credential will assist you in showing employers you are a qualified candidate.
