Motivation

• This paper studies how to enhance the level of government strict supervision on electronic payment system under the background of deepening mobile payment

• Mobile payments have more complex financial services providers and payment process, which will inevitably greatly reform electronic payment system.

• As there is more dangerous effect of domino among financial services providers ,electronic payment system will be the object of government strict supervision.

• It profoundly affects government regulation on the security of payment systems

• This paper employs Ontology to attempt to analyze financial individual behavior of the mobile payment process

• Mine the financial risks in the process of mobile payment to solve the crisis of more dangerous effect of domino.
