1.1 Software and hardware environment

Operation environment of hardware: OPCOM3105 platform

1.2 Command line modes

Configuring the basic information and show the parameters etc. at terminal

device.

Login the device and input the user name and password. OPCOM3105>

Privileged EXEC

Configuring the basic information such as system

time and show the parameters but not the running

information of OPCOM3105.

Use enable command under user EXEC mode. OPCOM3105#

Global configuration

mode

Configuring running parametersof OPCOM3105.

1. All optional parameters should be bracketed into a “[]”, regardless of how many parameters there are. Parameters should be separated by “|”.

2. In the case of any choices of required parameters or command keywords, all parameters and command keywords should be bracketed into a “()”. Parameters and command keywords should be separated by “|”.

2.1 Relevant commands of SDH crossconnect timeslot

2.1.1 sdh crossconnect (vc12|vc3) [Function]

This command is used to configure crossconnect for device, users can delete crossconnect by command no.

[Command Format]

sdh crossconnect (vc12|vc3) source-port <1-2> timeslot {1-63} destination-port <1-2> timeslot {1-63}

no sdh crossconnect (vc12|vc3) source-port <1-2> timeslot {1-63} destination-port <1-2> timeslot {1-63}

[Parameter]

(vc12|vc3) : select crossconnect type;

vc12: crossconnect type is VC12;

vc3: crossconnect type is VC3;

<1-2>: sdh port index.

<1-63> : sdh timeslot.

TSSTRING : timeslot string to configure, use “,” to separate single timeslots; use “-” to connect range, for example 1, 3-5 means timeslot 1, and timeslot 3, 4, 5.

Create vc12 crossconnect from sdh source-port 1 timeslot 1 to sdh destination-port 2 timeslot 5:

This command is used to configure crossconnect for timeslots corresponding to ports of the device.

vc12: crossconnect type is VC12;

vc3: means crossconnect type is VC3;

TSSTRING : timeslot string to configure, use “,” to separate single timeslot; use “-” to connect range for example 1, 3-5 means timeslot 1, and timeslot 3, 4, 5.

This command is used to add one mapping between E1/EOS interface and sdh timeslot, it can

timeslot add sdh <1-2> (vc12|vc3) SDHTSSTRING [SVCTSSTRING]

[Parameter]

<1-2>: sdh port index.

(vc12|vc3) : timeslot type level selection ;

vc12: timeslot type is VC12;

vc3: means timeslot is VC3;

SDHTSSTRING: SDH timeslot string to configure.

SVCTSSTRING: backboard timeslot string to configure.

[Command mode]

EOS, E1 interface configuration mode

[Instructions]

System assigns backboard timeslot automatically if not input SVCTSSTRING parameters.

[Application Example]

Add timeslot 1 at E1 port 1 meanwhile create an interior crossconnect to SDH port 1 timeslot 1:

OPCOM3105 (config-e1/1)# timeslot add sdh 1 vc12 1 1

Command Description

show timeslot Show timeslot assigning configuration information.

2.1.5 timeslot delete sdh [Function]

This command is used to delete one mapping between E1/EOS interface and sdh timeslot.

[Parameter]

<1-2>: sdh port index.

(vc12|vc3) : timeslot type level selection ;

This command is used to show relevant information of already assigned timeslot.

No command can be used to delete assigned switchport. The assigned port mode won’t be changed. It change vlan id direct to global port id if current port is in access or tunnel mode; It is allowed to delete vlan from the vlan list if the port is in hybrid mode; if the display assigned vlan list in trunk mode, delete the vlan from the list.
