OPEN POSITION: Junior Estimator

JOB DESCRIPTION

Looking for an experienced Junior Level IT Construction Estimator to estimate structured cabling projects. Must have IT related experience with working knowledge of Construction Build Methodology.

MUST HAVE:

• 3-5 years' experience required

• Extensive Excel experience

• Microsoft Project experience

• Ability to read and understand blueprints

• Ability to do "take-offs”

• Understanding of union/prevailing wage/Davis Bacon pay structures

• Knowledge of copper and fiber infrastructure components

• Knowledge of National Electrical Code

• Knowledge of BICSI TDMM (Telecommunication Distribution Method Manual)
