■ Functions ● Teach Program ( Auto Teaching )

사용자는 전압과 전류를 설정한 후 ‘Start Teaching’ 버튼을

누르면 각 Pin 에 설정된 조건으로 Forcing 한 후 측정된 값을

자동으로 등록하도록 하여 쉽게 프로그램을 할 수 있다.

Power Group Test에 대하여 선택적으로 다른 조건을 설정할

수 있도록 하여 어떤 Device 를 Test하더라고 Good/Reject 을

판별할 수 있다. 물론 일반 각 Pin 에 대하여 개별적으로 설정

가능하다.

Socket O/S test Socket 전체 Pin에 대한 Open /

Short 을 검사한다.

Socket one pin test Socket의 특정한 Pin에 전압과 전

류를 사용자가 임의로 설정하여 실

시간 측정을 할 수 있다.

Mother board O/S test Mother board 자체의 이상 유무를

확인할 수 있다.
