The new Vulcano 2.0 is the latest version of the famous and unmatched padding machine, updated and improved to excel on the most demanding work sites. It keeps screening and padding with the reliability you expect from a Laurini machine. It is a vibrating screen machine set-up on a tracked self-propelled undercarriage with remote control. It is equipped with a NEW inclined feeder for ease of loading, resulting in faster excavator’s cycles and increased productivity. The NEW hydraulic system provide quick steering response and precise movements control, in combination with the over-dimensioned heat-exchanger/radiator with FanDrive system provide efficient and modulate cooling to the vehicle heat exchanger, resulting in a fuel consumption decreasing of up to 20%.

NEW engine enclosure design with hinged doors provide easy access to all components granting a better protection against dust and dirt to engine and hydraulic parts. NEW side-to-side retractable conveyor belt is speed adjustable and is equipped with an hydraulic head deflector. These features allow the operator to adjust the padding material flow and its direction into the trench. All these strong points together with the high reliability make Vulcano 2.0 a versatile machine fitting for any sort of soil and suitable for different right of way condition.
