Operation Endgame sounds like something out of a

James Bond film. At least that's what I thought when first started seeing articles written about the

Homeland Security and ICE program dealing with

illegal immigration. Try as I might I couldn't get any o

the links to the official documentation to link to

anything. Some said 'Removed by User' and some

even said 'Removed by Dept. of Homeland Security'.

Recent activities in the Central Kentucky area revive

my interest in the subject and I was able to locate a

copy of the official documentation and post it on my

site.

Wikipedia has this description of Operation

Endgame:

Operation Endgame is a 2003-2012 plan under

implementation by the Office of Detention and

Removal Operations of the U.S. Department of

Homeland Security Bureau of Immigration and

Customs Enforcement to detain and deport all

removable aliens and "suspected terrorists" currentlyliving in the United States by 2012.

The objectives of the plan are described in a

memorandum from the director Anthony S.

Tangemann to the Deputy Assistant Director of Field

Operations dated June 27th 2003:

technological or other emergency, that seriously

degrades or seriously threatens the national security

of the United States." Clearly 9/11 would meet this

definition, and did, for COG was instituted on that

day. As the Washington Post later explained, the

order "dispatched a shadow government of about 100

senior civilian managers to live and work secretly

outside Washington, activating for the first time long-

standing plans." [2]

What the managers in this shadow government

worked on has never been reported. But it is

significant that the group that prepared ENDGAME

was, as the Homeland Security document puts it,

"chartered in September 2001." [3] For ENDGAME's

goal of a capacious detention capability is remarkably

similar to Oliver North's controversial Rex-84

"readiness exercise" for COG in 1984. This called for

the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)

to round up and detain 400,000 imaginary "refugees,"

in the context of "uncontrolled population

movements" over the Mexican border into the United

States. [4]

On June 17 this year Lexington's WKYT television

reported that the small town of Paris Kentucky had

been taken over in a major raid that included federal

agents. The area around U.S. 460 and Cypress was

blocked off all day. Residents were concerned when

they were forced to leave their homes and everyone

coming and going had to show identification.

I went down there days after the incident and talked to

the locals. I found a couple local police officers, a

state police officer and two federal officers with

unmarked riot gear type uniforms on. They referred all

of my questions to the state police. I called the local

sheriff, police department and even called the state

police and couldn't get a straight answer from any of

them.

Channel 27 claims that they found out that this was a

'drug raid' according to their news report. However,

details of the incident seem to contradict their finding.

For instance, several helicopters were used and they

even brought in heavy vehicles. It was reported and I

was told that people's homes were searched,

everyone's id's were checked and the 'word on the

street' was that it was a roundup of illegal immigrants

anddrug dealers. In addition, an off-site building had

been acquired on the edge of town, a warehouse type

facility, and those captured were later transferred to

another facility under heavy security and secrecy. All

of this sounds eerily similar to the plans laid out in

Operation Endgame.

On August 3 of this year my brother and I were

returning from the Red River Gorge when we were

suddenly held behind two Winchester Kentucky

police cars at the county line. They blocked both

sides of the road and slowed to a crawl. This

continued until the end of the Mountain Parkway

where they suddenly pulled off the road and allowed

everyone to pass. My brother and I videotaped this

event and then I called the state police and the

Winchester police asking why this event took place.

Nobody could tell me or would tell me why this mass

illegal detainment had taken place.

After posting this event on Youtube others came

forward with stories of this happening to them. Wes

Collins, a Kentucky political candidate, told of being

stopped on I-64 heading East in a very similar

incident. The area that Wes Collins was involved in

this same type of illegal detainment is also

interesting.

Winchester used to be the home of Rockwell

International. Just up the road from Rockwell

International is a large mobile home park named after

the manufacturing plant. For several years the plant

had been sitting unoccupied. Recently, however, the

Bluegrass Army Depot in Avon, Kentucky acquired

the building and its property. Shipments of unmarked,

khaki colored military vehicles have been pouring in. I

have personally driven past 3 separate convoys of

shipments to this location. The property is now

covered in these vehicles.

The building now has a military logo where the name

Rockwell used to reside. A guard shack sits at the

gate with a military security guard 24 hours a day.

The Bluegrass Army Depot in Avon that has acquired

the site is now alive with activity. My father worked

there in the seventies and left when the Armythreatened to close the base. The base never closed

but was downgraded. Years later my father was

asked to return and worked there at a relatively high

level until about ten years ago. During all of these

periods the base was never used much for military

vehicles, infantry or weaponry types of excercises.

Most of the work done on this base was logistic. I

drove out there recently to have a look for myself. I

had been there many times in my youth and had

spent many days exploring the base with my father. I

am not sure if it's Operation Endgame or not but what

I am sure of is that something has changed at the

base. Security was higher, military vehicles were in

view and there was much more activity than in the

past.

Stories of raids in small towns across the country

have been commonplace in recent months on the

internet. Operation Endgame claims that an increase

will be seen from 2010 until 2012 with roadblocks and

large raids becoming more and more common.

Officials and local news stations are reporting these

raids as 'drug raids' while local citizens seem to feel

they are immigration roundups. At this time I can only

report my suspicions and provide the evidence for

you to review.
