Target group: All technicians operating Avanti service lift model Shark US.
Purpose: To enable a technician to conduct a correct inspection of the lift before use and to oper-ate the service lift during normal conditions as well as if a power shortage should occur.
Objectives: To learn key components of the service lift, as well as the correct way of inspecting the components before every day usage of the lift. The participant will also gain knowledge of how to operate with the lift and how to react in cases of break down.

Inspection of the lift • Review for latest inspection • Cabin assembly• Steel wire ropes• Basement installation• Power supply• Safety gripping device function• Emergency stops • Top and bottom stop • Automatic operationOperation of the lift • How to put on the PPE for fall arrest • How to use the main switch In the event of break down• Evacuation to and from the lift• Open/close cabin doors• How to enter the lift and close the gate• Leave the lift at platforms. • Identify the location of the emergency stops • Functions of the door switch
