8.4 – Connection of the main power supply

For all fixed monitoring stations, a power supply cable of approx. 3 meters is rolled below the shelter. This cable is to be connected to the external electrical counter box. 8.4 Main Power Supply

Before connecting this cable to the electrical connector, open the door of the shelter and make sure the general circuit breaker is OFF. 8.5 Earthing

8.11 – Installation of the analyzers in the rack ca binet

See drawing. For installing each equipment, tear the telescopic slide off, put the equipment on the plate and pull back the slide till the locking system closes the slides. Connect power cable to the multiplug located on the rear of the rack cabinet. Connect RS232 cable to the respective AF22M COM port. Connect all of the pneumatics according to drawing. Each tube is clearly identified.

9. Procedure of execution Once the station is properly and fully installed , follow the next procedures. 9.1 : starting up the rack cabinet 1 - Switch on all of the equipment of the rack cabinet, meaning : - AF22M (1 main switch on the front panel),, - Computer (1 main switch on the front panel), 2 - Analyzer will show "Warm up". Wait for this message to stop and then refer to SOPs regarding operation of the analyzers themselves. 3 – Open the Calibration Gas Cylinder to check the calibration. Detail SOP for Calibration Gas Cylinder is given in the QA/QC section.

9.2 : starting Envidas For Windows data acquisition software. 1 - Turn ON the 17" screen. 2 - Open a Windows session. There is no User's name nor Password to tun a Windows session. 3 - Launch Envidas For Windows software from the shortcut on the Desktop or from Program Files ->Envidas For Windows. 4 - The following windows appears and invites you to enter a User Name and Password. Enter : User Name : a No password was configured Click OK 9.1- Envidas

9.2 - The main dynamic tabular window

In a few seconds, SO2 will show the related data. Following alarms are configured in ENVIDAS, Gas leak sensor Fault, Low, High, and High-High. Door open Smoke Note : Envidas For windows software SHALL be always run. When EFW is closed, no data acquisition is possible.

9.3 : starting Envidas For Windows Personal Edition (PE) local data reporting software. From the desktop, double click the Envidas PE icon or select it from Program Files -> Envidas. Like for Envidas FW, enter the User Name ("a). You have now the possibility to create a lot of various reports (report to the instrcution manual for detailed information). Note : Envidas PE shall not necessarily be run any time. It is to be used only in case of local data reporting is required. 10. Troubleshooting [Should provide guidance on some of the more common problems likely to be encountered. It should be referred to the relevant sections of the manuals of the manufacturer.] Please Refer Manuals. Refer to the appropriate instruction manual and SOP in case of troubleshooting
