ANNOUNCEMENTS RECOGNITION OF EXCELLENCE - We have been recognized as a Church of Excellence in Evangelism, and have attained a Gold Medal status for 2009. CHURCH OFFICE will be closed tomorrow for Labor Day. SCOUTS will not meet on Labor Day. PRAYER GROUP at Eicher’s home has been cancelled until further notice. Please correct your calendars. UMW will meet Tuesday, September 7th at 6:30 in the Fellowship Hall at 6:30 p.m. THE YOUTH raised $200 at their Car Wash on August 21st. This money will be used for their Trip to Resurrection in January 2011. 2011 CALENDARS: YOUTH will be taking orders for 2011 wall calendars and pocket calendars. To order a calendar, please see any of the youth in our church. This is a fundraiser for Resurrection 2011. HOMECOMING RESERVATIONS are not required, but numbers would be appreciated. Please drop the reservation card (located on the back page) in the offering plate, or call the church office at 365-6324. HOMECOMING is September 12th. The Church will provide the meat, bread, and drinks. Everyone is asked to bring a side dish or dessert. We will meet in the Family Life Center after morning worship. HOMECOMING HAT DAY: Ladies, Sunday, September 12th will not only be a Homecoming Sunday, but also a Homecoming Hat Day!
