Installation Services Overview:• All installations of more than 4 units must be preceded by an onsite inspection. Inspections are billed at $149

per facility plus $10 per sign position (billed whether or not installation is booked through ArmorActive)

• All sign positions must be terminated with Cat5/6 cable and glass-head connectors unless otherwise arranged with ArmorActive Services

• Services such as cable-pulls, etc. can be priced as part of the site inspection, and will vary by region if booked outside the US & Canada

• ArmorActive’s installation of Optica devices is not mandatory. However, we cannot offer extended warranty or Hardware as a Service Agreements for customer-installed sign positions

Standard Warranty Overview:• All Optica devices are warrantied for 1 year against material defect of workmanship or installation

Optional Managed Services Contract Overview:• All tablets are warrantied for 2 years or as per standard manufacturer’s warranty

• Hardware as a Service customers will receive 2-year maintenance contract with “spare in the air” next business day replacement SLA
